There are two parts to this place, upstairs is the restaurant part called "Portobello Fine Dining" We have eaten here a few times now. It does get busy at the weekend, so maybe wise to book if in groups. I have had a couple of their dishes and really enjoyed them, the duck is my favourite. There is also TV's screens showing the big sporting events, so you can enjoy while you eat.
Downstairs is the main bar area, with sufficient seating, and an outdoor area for smokers. TV screens are also dotted around so you can keep up with the action.
Tuesday nights they host very poplar "Believe It Or Not" quiz. Often hard to find a spare table unless you have booked your team in advance. Worth a visit as it's often fun and entertaining.
They have a variety of bar food available.
The staff are friendly and attentive. read more
