Prior to making my frustrations known publicly, I've spoken with several people in the office at Kingsmen Coach Lines and have yet to receive a callback from anyone in charge. For days, I've been told that Mrs. Ruby ( I have no clue who this is) would call me back. It has yet to happen. Problems Bus Arrived 30 minutes late. My contract was for 7:30AM Report Time, 8:00AM Departure. Outlets behind the driver didn't work Wireless Microphone didn't work WIFI didn't work Sink in the bathroom didn't work - This is a health issue and I would have thought this would have prompted a speedy response, from the company, but it didn't. Our tour was on a Saturday, two of the wineries had live music and food for purchase. Each winery was beautifully decorated and offered wine and cute gifts to purchase. The tastings are held inside but you have an opportunity to walk outside and explore. Stacy, our driver was amazing. He arrived a few minutes before the schedule pick-up time. At each destination he was attentive and periodically checked on everyone in my party. He was available if we needed anything and communicated the times to ensure we were on schedule. He also was an awesome camera man. The Cana team was very professional and responsive to all questions and inquiries. Overall it was an unforgettable experience and I enjoyed celebrating my birthday with them.
