Then she says it is company policy which is not a policy with other offices. When I called in the morning to verify charges, I was told there would be no charge and my balance is zero. After waiting an hour and a half (without an apology) Erika tells me the $108 is a mandatory charge for Gingival Treatment (4 applications). When I questioned if this was mandatory the Office Manager, Terry Gist, says I should've asked beforehand. Then miraculously she reduced it to $48. When I told her I called in before my appointment she says, that was the call center, they don't know our services. I can't make this up, I will be switching offices after 20 years, very sad what this office has become

The staff has been polite and efficient each time I called / went in, and I saw Dr. Wyatt my first few visits, who he was great. I went in for a last minute appointment once and he wasn't available, so I saw Dr. Mark, and he's been my new favorite dentist ever since! I have never ever been treated like that before in my life, just incase some of you might have questions about your teeth - they don't tolerate that at all. Dr.King is wonderful! I like her staff and that matters too. I had Joan sign me up for a dental plan in 2019. She signed me up for automatic renewal without telling me and I was charged for 2020, 2021, and again in 2023 without my knowledge. In that period I went to the office and had work done without insurance paying anything. They quit accepting that plan after 2019. Then she sells me a new plan in 2022 and I soon discover I had been paying for the first one for three years without any benefit. I complained and they cancelled my insurance without reimbursing me for anything. I knew I would never get my premiums back for the first plan but they should reimburse me for the second. They have ripped me off of 150 dollars and when I disputed the charge they refused to settle the dispute. This was Joan's mistake, she never asked or told me she was signing me up for auto renewal. This is so wrong. Besides that, after spending over 10,000 for crown replacement my mouth has never been right. My mouth bothers me constantly now and 3d xrays don't show what is under the crowns but something is not right. I would advise you all to stay away from this office, you may learn to regret it as I have.

I scheduled my appointment a week ahead and even called to confirm, but the staff kept blaming "system issues." On the day of the visit, I was asked to come about an hour early, then questioned rudely and repeatedly about my insurance by multiple people, and made to feel disrespected and singled out -- possibly due to my skin color. After reading other reviews, it's clear this rude, condescending behavior is common, and their defensive responses show zero accountability. I left feeling humiliated and unwelcome.
