Regardless of the purpose (clogged pipe or plumbing installation) he always takes the time to explain the process and options. He also helps us understand the potential causes of our issues. We really think Saylor is great! Darrin, the owner, has also been excellent in communicating with us. From setting up his employees appointments with me to explaining how to maintain our pipes after clearing them out, he was very friendly and warm. We were impressed that he came himself to do work in our home. My kids got a little lesson from him too and they loved that they were included in learning about plumbing and caring for our home.
