Rooms are spacious and very clean Breakfast in the morning was sausage, eggs, biscuits, and gravy and was delicious. There are options of waffles cereals toast, yogurt. Very closely located to a Walmart. If I had to try to come up with anything wrong, the best I could say would be the elevator shakes and makes loud noises. But that only encouraged me to take the stairs.

It cost a bit more to stay here than the other options in town but it's worth it, in my opinion. Breakfast was well stocked with fresh waffles, cereal, biscuits and gravy, cheese omelettes, bacon, and more. There was an attendant managing the breakfast area the whole time who kept everything very nice and tidy. Our room was very comfy and clean. Upon entering, there was a bit of a dog smell, but we were staying in a dog-friendly room with our pup as well so it wasn't surprising. I have sensitive allergies to certain pet dander and didn't have any major issues. An allergy pill was just fine. We had a double queen room and it was much more spacious than we were expecting. It was a great setup for working from the hotel room without feeling enclosed. We'll be back on our next trip!

This establishment from the outside looks like the typical roadside place. The rooms are very common in size and layout to anything else built 30+ years ago. The difference is that the service is friendly, very professional and are actual hospitality professional. The lobby is well furnished and nicely decorated. The furniture is actually comfortable to use. There is a little office center in the lobby that has a computer and printer that is set up so everyone isn't walking behind you. The pool area is clean and looks nice. There is no work out room but you can check out a key to a 24hr fitness place for free. That is something I've never heard of before. The room was very clean and the bedding actually felt good on the two queens in our room. The beds themselves were comfortable. The room had a large tv and all the bath supplies you need. The shower head actually put out a good flow and all its functions worked well. The room is for sleeping and it fits that job very well. The room and hotel are also quiet. The breakfast provided is actually good and has a large selection of foods including a hots. I would definitely stay here again without any question.

Sandra was at the front desk when I checked in and was very professional and friendly. The breakfast provided was probably one of the best I have ever had at any hotel. Of course they had all the stuff any hotel has. Fruit, cereals, breads, yogurt, milk, coffee, juice and water but they also had a scrumptious egg , potato and cheese casserole along with cut up kielbasa that went perfectly with the breakfast casserole. Wish I had gotten a picture I even saw Sandra in the morning who wished me safe driving as I headed home

The highway is right outside our window - but it's surprisingly quiet with no road noise when window is closed. There's a fresh soup of the day and the thoughtful details are appreciated. Nice hotel. Really clean, but needs some updating…read more IT IS NOT PET FRIENDLY!!! Despite what it says.... If you have a pet, you will have to go across the street to the other Miles City Hotel. (The one that is Miles City Hotel Inn & Suites, and they charge a daily pet fee). This hotel has a big parking lot which can accommodate cars, trucks with trailers, and vehicles pulling RV's. It's also well lit at night. The staff are very friendly and customer service focused. (Always nice) They can offer recommendations for restaurants, shopping, etc. Breakfast was superb! They do offer a buffet however; you are served by an employee. They have a good variety of options with generous portions. Coffee, juice, and water are self service. They also have a great selection of coffee creamers and sugar. We loved the big pool and hot tub. My husband especially enjoyed the hot tub. He has back issues and used the hot tub at night so he would be relaxed before going to bed. We would stay here again & again, but can't because of their no-pet policy. (The other times when we stayed was because we didn't have our dog traveling with us).

We checked-out, took the loss, and went across the street…read more Miles City is such a cute town and it's a shame that there are few dog-friendly stay options that live up to the city's charm. The Super 8 was no exception. The first room we went into was filthy. There were stains all over the walls and carpet, dust on all the countertops, and you could feel what I can only describe as years of build up when you walked around the small space. My dog didn't even want to lay down...which is absolutely crazy to me. I took pictures and showed the attendant at the front desk, who was very upset that I interrupted her smoke break. The second room was slightly better but still not good by any means. The carpet still felt sticky to walk on and the sheets on the bed were stained. It also had a weird, almost musty smell. We immediately walked to the front desk and asked to be checked out. I was told that I would be forfeiting my first night stay but it was worth it in my opinion. I knew I wouldn't be comfortable sleeping here. Luckily, there were still a couple of openings in an establishment across the street.

A breakfast is apparently also included. TV well set up with lots of channels. (Does have MSNBC.) So far, it's been quiet. So, if you need a place to rest from the road, this place fits the bill. Been here several days now. Still ok. Internet was reliable and sufficient to work. Staff were always seeking to help. Two issues: 1. Linens. Polyester mix. A bugaboo of mine. (But is a budget facility.) 2. Breakfast. Waffles. Biscuits and gravy. Cereal. One kind of yogurt. (Perhaps I'm just being picky.) Even so, has all the necessities. They function. It is clean; it is quiet.

I arrived…read morearound midnight after traveling from Minnesota, and the place seemed a good enough spot to sleep and shower, which was my ONLY expectation. Seriously, my standards when it comes to my road trip motels are LOW. What really got to me was all the freaking NOISE, which started around 4am. Not even two glasses of wine and a Xanax could drown it out. I was on the first floor, and every time someone above me would move the whole building made a huge cracking sound. I could hear every toilet flush, every thud and bang overhead, every person walking by, voices in the courtyard, I could even hear when someone would clear their throat. I turned the fan on to help drown out the noise but there is no way to make it run continually, which means I woke up every time it shut off. I even turned the tv on for a while so I wouldn't notice the outside noises as much, but it didn't help. When I got up in the morning, I was actually IMPRESSED at how clearly I could hear the guests' conversations in the room next to me (No Patricia, your husband doesn't want to stop for coffee, he already told you twice). Now I get to drive another 10 hours home on NO sleep. Next time I'll sleep in my car!

I believe some of the poor reviews from 1-2 yrs ago were before these new owners took over, so pay attention to the 2019 reviews. All the previous issues, especially with cleanliness, seem to have been fixed. Pros: * $68 inc tax for 1-nt. * Really pleasant staff, who go above & beyond for offering customer service. I didn't expect a phone call 15-min after checking in to ask if the room was okay, especially not from an M6. When I needed to stay over another night, Jennifer at the front desk just charged my card on file & sent me an immediate email receipt, so I didn't need to leave the room 'til morning to get my key re-programmed. One light bulb was burned out & I asked if I could get a replacement at the front desk... within 30-seconds maintenance showed up. They all also appear to enjoy their work... you don't get the feeling of anything extra being drudgery for them. They make for a very pleasant stay. * Room is the standard M6 style & super clean. Beds are comfy enough (soft but with support), pillows are cheaper, older & some flattened, but I had 3 for each bed, which made it better. * Mini fridge & m/w. * Plenty of strong lights, wall outlets & towels. * New shower stall with a nice, high shower head for those of us who are taller. * Strong, stable WiFi. * All the HBO channels. * Smaller bathroom vanity space, but there is a very long desk w/chair & underneath shelving & an area to hang clothing with 8 hangers. Good to know: * WalMart & Albertson's are 1/2-mi away as are a few sit down restaurants (the impressive looking Black Iron Grill, which appears to be brand new, is across the street), a few fast food places (McD's, Wendy's & Dairy Queen are 3-4 mi away) & there are 4 gas stations just within 1-mi. * There's a grassy courtyard in the middle of the property, so everyone's door opens into it. It does draw mosquitoes, flies & other flying critters, especially the day they cut the grass, so when leaving the room, close the door quickly... if you leave the door ajar, be prepared to be chewed to pieces at night due to the plethora of vampire bugs floating about. I had at least a dozen bites 'til I leapt around the room like a ninja with a flicking hand towel one night to eradicate them all. * It's a motel & like all M6's, offers no toiletry samples. So don't complain... those are offered at pricier hotels. * Lobby coffee from 5-10am. * Guest coin laundry. Cons: * Some repairs are needed... an outlet was completely out of the wall & out of code, but the TV was plugged into it & I just didn't go near it. It could be potentially dangerous & really should be fixed. As a quick fix, they could at least use duct tape to hold it onto the wall. * Wall a/c unit works great, but it is one of those annoying ones that turns off & on all night long, which wakes me continually. I just hate those & when traveling, by day 3, I've got to bump up in *** to stay at a better hotel for a more plush bed & quiet a/c so I can catch up on sleep. It's still great for overnight to a couple of days. * Lots of giant RVs & trucks around, so you do hear traffic going by all day/night. I'm a city girl, so I can tune it out... I just notice it when the bloody a/c shuts off. Solid 4.5* out of 5. Very nice stay. It was so restful, I stayed 3 nights. I'd definitely stay again, if ever passing through.
