He told me to disconnect the dryer vent and run it ....then, let him know if I was still having an issue. My washer and dryer are on a platform that I could not move myself. I never called him back. When I called Special T's, Taunya answered the phone. I explained the issue and she was happy to help. She sent Chris out to analyze the intermittent problem. She also called to say he was ahead of schedule and asked if it was OK if he came early. He disassembled the front of the dryer and checked everything out.
