I purchased a Daikin heat pump system with a 12 year warranty from ECO Heat in Nov/14. I have had good service over the past seven years but have recently discovered that Atlantic Heating & Cooling have taken over ECO Heat and do not honour the prior warranty in its entirety. They claim that only 3 of the 4 pieces were registered by ECO Heat and that labour is not included although the original warranty was parts and labour included. I advise any purchasers of a Daikin system from ECO Heat to check the validity of their warranty. read more

We bought 3 heat pumps from Ecoheat under the NB Power rebate program. They were very knowledgable about what brand and size we should get for our 3 spaces. They installed all 3. We are very pleased with where the compressors are located for minimal noticability and shortest pipework on the outside of the house. They have been great for service requirements as well. Definitely recommend them to others. read more
