We were fortunate to find American Handyman in Paris (AHP)on line. When we visited our apartment…read morerecently, we found that we had no water coming into our residence. We called Simon and he rushed over at 6:00 PM with his plumber. They immediately determined the problem and took the necessary steps to have it corrected. The next day he returned with his crew and installed a new water heater as the old one was caked inside with Calcium rendering it useless. If you have a place in Paris, you need Simon on speed dial. Thanks from the Morgans

AVOID AT ALL COSTS I found this outfit online and called the number for a plumber and ended up…read morebeing sent someone by Pernet Home Assistance. Following the liftting and replacement of my toilet to fit a new floor covering in my bathroom there was a small leak from the toilet The floor fitter thought it might be connected to the seals/joins. The Pernet "techicien" who came advised me that there was no point in checkiing the joints, that it would cost me even more than the callout charge and said I needed a new toilet (for which he estimated 1.400 euros). I sent him on his way. Someone else came and traced the leak to the concertina pipe at the base of the toilet not being tight enough, it has now been tighted and there is no leak.
