We called Simon and he rushed over at 6:00 PM with his plumber. They immediately determined the problem and took the necessary steps to have it corrected. The next day he returned with his crew and installed a new water heater as the old one was caked inside with Calcium rendering it useless. Simon has a sense of urgency not common in the European genre. Not only does he respond quickly. He does it professionally and at a very fair price. The cleaning woman overcharged me (told me the cost was €89, though I found later the cost was €69) Spent 3 hours 15 minutes in the apartment. Sort of cleaned the bathroom and kitchen, and put a bedspread on the bed. And that's about it. Did not do any dusting, and neglected the salon. Photos available. Complained to Lulu via email, online portal, and even stopped by the kiosk to have the manager call me. No response. Inept. Unethical. Unreliable.
