I went to this location twice and was happy with my car wash. The men do a great job wiping down and spraying water to areas that may not be reached by the giant brushes/sponges. My car had some dirt marks and bird poop and it all came off. I was content. They do get busy but the wash goes by pretty quick. Prices are reasonable as I paid $22 for my wash and the guys wiped down any remaining water at the end. Please don't forget to tip the guys as they work very hard!

It is beautiful, even the rims sparkeled. Every worker at Dean Street Car Wash was very friendly and worked very fast. It was a pleasure having them work on my car. As for the gas station, vacuums, and car wash employees, they can be helpful, sassy, or not but regardless a lot of your experience doesn't have to rely on them. It doesn't make sense to get 1 time washes unless you're really not in the area and just need to wash your car. They have multiple packages and from time to time they run promotions for awesome values. I recently got their $40 package for $10 bucks a month over 3 months. That's a steal, it consists of washing and vacuum your car for free once a day and it's a good time. Their gas pumps are in partnership with Irving and I'm a fan of their rewards program. You get a 10 cent discount. I also love Rojos food choice and they have a chef that makes breakfast and dinner meals for cheap. Overall this is a stellar place to go! Only complaint the vacuums and car wash periodically don't work but besides that it's awesome!

There was dirt and bugs all over my car, I was appalled at the terrible wash job. The wash not only stripped the rubber off one of my wipers, which has never happened at another cat wash, but it caused a rubber piece to dislodge off of my windshield and the staff could not locate it when I asked them to look. Both staff members were friendly and tried to find the missing piece for me to no avail. This is not an easily replaceable piece and my car now looks ridiculous without it. Their kindness and apologetics are the only reason this isn't a one star review. Don't bring your car here, go to Reign further down on 28. The cost of this maybe 2 hour "full detail" was 375 dollars. They issued a temporary plate that's about to expire, yet I still haven't received the registration or permanent plate. Every time I follow up, I get nothing but vague excuses. If there's an issue with the vehicle, they should be upfront with their customers--no nonsense. For comparison, I bought a car for my son from a different dealership a month before purchasing mine, and they had everything completed in less than two weeks. Looking back at all the negative reviews for this dealership, I realize I should have stayed away. But the vehicle I wanted--and eventually bought--kept drawing me back. This is completely unacceptable. A multi-figure dealership should know how to keep customers satisfied. Senior leadership or an upper-level manager needs to review their customer service standards and revamp their internal processes immediately.
