Spent 10's of thousands on new sprinkler system, sod yard and service only to have it in terrible shape in less than a year. Had to hire another company to try to salvage. Very disappointing read more

Be very careful.. Eco Green overcharged. Would not give me a receipt and quality of work and landscaping cheap. Zeriscape fail. Have a full lawn growing through woven, not thick roofing plastic as promised. Came in $4k over budget. Have hired someone to fix. read more

Yet you still showed up unannounced the following Saturday...ON A FREAKING SATURDAY. You also left an underage worker alone on my property while you went off somewhere else, who was operating a lawn mower in dire need of maintenance. After telling this boy what I wanted done and how I wanted it done, he proceeded to ignore me and continue doing it his way. When I stopped him, he said "why you coppin' an attitude with me?" It's my property, on a job that hadn't been agreed to, and I'm dealing with a minor. That is why I sent you away. Fix your sh** and maybe I'll retract this review, but I don't recommend nor will I ever engage in business with you. Stop bringing your child to the job site. Coordinate details before you start the job, never show up unannounced and never put the customer at risk by employing a minor on someone else's property. You are not a "Pro"...you are a complete amateur and I'd recommend all the above or just get out of business entirely.

The young man was very polite and professional. He worked very hard, the work took about four days which was long than expected of 2.5 days. Which to me was not an issue at all. Only issue I had was the day before the work was completed I was notified I was under quoted. He asked if I would be willing to pay the difference and did not expect or demand it. Also if I refused he would still finish the yard and eat the cost. We are human which is subject to error and even with the under quoted work, it was worth what I paid. Plus he gained my respect from owning his error. He even hauled away from of my trash, which he did not have too. I would definitely use him again. But this time I would definitely ensure he quoted right due to I had another quote that was slightly cheaper than his original quote. But I went with him because he seemed more knowledgeable. In fact this seems to have solved my problem dog from digging trenches all over my yard. I have an extended area I will be getting a quote for after other repairs are completed. Plus eventually I have a front yard to deal with. So if I was you I would give him a chance. Thank you for your work sir. read more

We hired this company last summer and paid approximately $5,000 to till our front and back yards,…read moregrind multiple tree stumps, and repair/replace our sprinkler system. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. First, one of the tree stumps was never ground down. When we brought it to their attention, instead of correcting the issue, we were told we had never asked for that stump to be included. They also told us they installed a new sprinkler control box, but it appeared to be used. It had old brown paint on the cover, which certainly did not come from our home. A few months later, one of our sprinkler zones lost almost all water pressure. We contacted the company numerous times asking them to inspect their work. They came out once, saw the system briefly working, and told us the problem was not their installation and that we needed to call a plumber. We paid for a plumber, who confirmed that the plumbing to and from the house was not the problem. We continued trying to get the landscaping company to stand behind their work for nearly a year. This June, someone finally came out and said the controller appeared to be losing power and told us they would replace the electrical components the following week. No one showed up. We were then told someone would come the next week. Again, no one showed up, and our calls and messages went unanswered. At that point, we hired another irrigation company. They found that multiple sprinkler line connections had never been glued together properly, allowing the system to separate underground. We ultimately had to spend an additional $3,600 on a completely new sprinkler system because we no longer had confidence in the original installation. Mistakes can happen, but what was most frustrating was the lack of accountability and communication. We gave this company many opportunities over the course of nearly a year to correct the issues, but they repeatedly failed to follow through. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this company.
