The young man was very polite and professional. He worked very hard, the work took about four days which was long than expected of 2.5 days. Which to me was not an issue at all. Only issue I had was the day before the work was completed I was notified I was under quoted. He asked if I would be willing to pay the difference and did not expect or demand it. Also if I refused he would still finish the yard and eat the cost. We are human which is subject to error and even with the under quoted work, it was worth what I paid. Plus he gained my respect from owning his error. He even hauled away from of my trash, which he did not have too. I would definitely use him again. But this time I would definitely ensure he quoted right due to I had another quote that was slightly cheaper than his original quote. But I went with him because he seemed more knowledgeable. In fact this seems to have solved my problem dog from digging trenches all over my yard. I have an extended area I will be getting a quote for after other repairs are completed.
