Most of the instructions are in German, which can be a bit annoying, but even the German speakers seemed to be having a little trouble working out how to use them. Fortunately the owners may be there and they can give you instructions. It's not the best part of the city, but it certainly beats the hotel. Oh, there are a couple of pubs nearby so you can have a beer while waiting (though be careful because some of the pubs are a little dodgy).

The place is a little dirty, but what laundromat isn't? The rates aren't bad. €5 to wash and €2 to dry, although the machines are quite small. As Qype User said (in German), there are all manner of dark and shadowy characters lurking about. However, the police were very quick to respond to the attempted stabbing while I was there. Paramedics were also quickly on scene. The laundromat itself gets 3 stars, but the neighborhood gets -2. I'll be generous and give it an overall 2 star rating.

Connected to a tanning salon if you'd like to tan while you wash. Attended by same personnel.

Second the place is spotless, after every load they clean the machines inside and out. They have all the supplies all measured out and ready to go. And to top it off they have a little cafe inside so you can get a coffee and a delicious desert that is prepared in house.
