Dmitri To The Rescue..... I sent a text to Dmitri, owner of Eco Advantage, on a Monday asking him to check a couple areas for ants in late October after some hot weather followed by a period of rain. He quickly replied..."how about 8 to 10 AM on Tuesday?" I said "maybe 9 to 10 AM?" He immediately replied "no problem". He arrived at 935 AM on Tuesday...checked out problem areas in and around our house...went back to his truck and returned with the appropriate treatments - gel for small pockets in the kitchen and spray for the perimeter exterior walls. Along the way, we discussed ant behavior and how they behave in ingenious ways. I also shared a method I discovered to deal with outbreaks by using a spray and "wipe" version of "Clorox Bleach Germicidal Cleaner" I found online. He was impressed since it was effective without resorting to commercial anti-bug ingredients. Dmitri knows his business, does a great job and is a very friendly guy. read more

Dimitri has sprayed for ants at my home and gets the job done. I highly recommend his pest control business.

Same day service. Got right on it. Dmitri was safe and aware of the issues once he walked around.

Dmitri came back out after I was starting to see more ants at the outlet where they had been coming in. I didn't realize it was 30 day guarantee...I was at maybe 35(?) days. Anyway, he put more poison in the outlet without charging me. I offered to pay. I have not seen another ant!! YAY thank you so much. read more

We recently moved into a home that had a few pest problems. Notably, there were some juvenile rats starting to make their way into the attic. Dimitri walked me through the steps it would take to fix the issue. Within a couple weeks, he caught the ones that were in there and prevented any new ones from getting in by finding and sealing up any entry points. Then after that we had some ants entering our home and he again used his knowledge to help us figure that out as well. It was worth every penny! read more

I was looking to change pest control so contacted Dimitri. He answered quickly was there the next day. Problem solved

Came three times, for fleas that came in with the cat and stayed, for a mole (actually a vole) that downed our lemon tree, and for mice that didn't mind the cat. Dmitri was kind and efficient, patient with our freaking out though it cost him more time read more

I've had the pleasure of working with Eco several times over the years in different transactions, (and also a very informative pest inspection on my own house!). Johnnie Johnson with Eco went far above and beyond today to save a real estate transaction, ensure all repairs were high quality work and structurally sound so the buyers could move forward to make the house they wanted the home they had envisioned. These weren't run of the mill items so when I say he went above and beyond to prove his findings and provide evidence required by a lender, it is a 100% accurate description. Thank you SO much Johnnie for taking time out on a day you didn't have the time to take time out on to serve the customers who were trusting you in a manner that went well beyond expectations. Highly recommend Johnnie and Eco. A local company who truly care about the customers they get to serve...over and over again! Valerie Campana read more

Wonderful! And so nice! Very professional and efficient. Happy customer. Would def recommend.

We couldn't be happier. Quick reply to questions/quote. Set up appointment (which happened to be the next day or two) arrived on time, very friendly and explained the different services he offers. Was pet friendly when our dogs met him at the door. Worked fast but was thorough. I'm signing up for bimonthly preventative because the first service was so good. It's been a few days and haven't seen any critters they sprayed for. Two thumbs up read more

I am very pleased with the work Eco Advantage did on my house. I was having a problem with spiders coming into my house. I got in contact with eco advantage who responded promptly. Setting up an inspection was very fast even though there was a rain in the process. As soon as there was a dry period, Dimitri from Eco Advantage came out and took care of the problem. Everything looks good and I even set up a maintenance plan with Eco Advantage. Thanks again Eco Advantage. read more

I used Eco Advantage to rid my grandson's house of rats -- a house that had been vacated for several years. The house is old and had many entrance areas that needed to be sealed. The rat's had created a home for themselves. Since my son has animals he did not want poison used. Eco came out to set traps, came back several times to check and reset traps and then sealed the many, many entries to the house. The rats are gone and my grandson is very happy. And, the cost was reasonable. read more

We recently found a black widow spider on our property. I called on Monday, and had an appointment for Wednesday. Communication is excellent. I love that the office staff uses text messaging so we don't have to play telephone tag. Dimitri explained the whole process to me and how the eco-friendly products work. Inside and outside were treated. Signed up for bi-monthly service. read more

Okay, not that Dimitri needs another 5-star review, but he gets mine, too! He was the third exterminator I called, and the only one who really made me feel like he knew what he was talking about. He charged me a reasonable fee up front, and delivered on his promise to keep coming back until the problem was resolved. He is always respectful of my home and my time. I've been satisfied enough to recommend him to family and friends, which I'm always careful to do. Enthusiastic 5 stars! Thanks, Dimitri! read more

Can Eco Advantage Pest Control really be "as good as it gets"? Yes! Dimitri from Eco Advantage is that good. I hired Eco Advantage because of the excellent Yelp! reviews. I have not been disappointed. Dimitri is super professional, knows the business of pest control and does it with a great attitude. Most impressive to me is that Dimitri is at the ready and speedy to respond when I have a specific pest issue. We had a roach issue. We called for a Rodent problem. We were very pleased with the professionalism, friendliness and knowledge that Dimitri has. He was honest and didn't try to "sell" us on services that we were not interested in or did not need. He was also very good with our dogs, now that's a plus! We have an African Grey parrot who is very sensitive to any pesticide however the spray that Dimitri uses is all natural and not harmful so se had our home sprayed for spiders while he was there as well. After he sprayed the house smelled wonderful and minty. I would highly recommend Dimitri and his start up company for your pest control needs. read more

Dmitri is the best. We have black widows, so he has done routine treatment for us for years. He is prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He understands the chemicals and uses products that are less harmful to the environment. We recently got overrun with ground varmints and he knocked those down. He also did a great job installing spikes under our eaves to prevent muddy swallow nests next season. Whatever your pest issue, Dmitri is your guy. read more

I have had an ongoing infestation of fleas & cheyletialla for the last 'year' due to feral cats coming into my yard & leaving the bugs on my patio which is where my Service dog is only allowed to go. So I've searched for an Exterminator who would literally spray everything inside the house for these fleas & cheyletialla -- Dimitri is the ONE! He even researched the cheyletialla to see what would kill them BEFORE he came out to make sure he had the right stuff, and after two days I'd say he got it right. I've been vacuuming the last two days as instructed and the little buggers are all DEAD. Fleas & cheyletialla! Dimitri is very courteous, patient (let me have extra time to get ready for spraying), explains process thoroughly, knowledgeably answers questions, is prompt in his appointments & his treatments and is affordable. He also set out two mouse traps for me for the 'mice' that have been making a 'home of my home' the last few months. He is well worth the phone call!!! And will be my Number 1 Exterminator from now on! Thanks so much, Dimitri! You're the Best! Linda & Sidara read more

Eco Advantage is an outstanding company. Dimitri is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time with me over the phone helping me determine the best plan of action for my infestation. He did a thorough treatment and promises to come back once more just to make sure the problem is gone. read more

We have two small children and it was important that we found something that was efficient and safe! Lucky for us we were referred to Eco Advantage Pest Control. It's such a relief to watch my young daughters play in their play house & other play things in our backyard and not have to worry about black widows or other pests.
