First of all, I love that I could text Dmitri. He made it so easy to set up a time he could come over to treat ants that are behind an electric outlet. I had tried multiple ways to get rid of them and it wasn't working. I don't like the thought of dried materials right next to electricity. When it's warm, they come inside to get cool. When it's cool, they want to be warm. When it rains, they want to be dry. When it's dry, they want moisture. Ants are like people in that they seem to want what they don't have. We moved into a new house in late April 2018 and began to see groups of ants in the summer. I scoured the internet for solutions and decided to soak paper towels with white vinegar and put them against cracks in the baseboards which the little buggers used as entry points. It usually worked for a week before they're reappear. Eventually we called Dimitri, owner of Eco Advantage, who inspected our property and recommended a quarterly treatment around the perimeter of the house plus spot management inside as needed. We agreed. Ants can be very stubborn (again, like people). You think they're gone, walk away and just know they're making faces as you turn your back. So, over the past year (it's now September 2019), Dimitri's worked on the perimeter 4 times and made several "house calls" to focus on outbreaks. I used Eco Advantage to rid my grandson's house of rats -- a house that had been vacated for several years. The house is old and had many entrance areas that needed to be sealed. I have had an ongoing infestation of fleas & cheyletialla for the last 'year' due to feral cats coming into my yard & leaving the bugs on my patio which is where my Service dog is only allowed to go. So I've searched for an Exterminator who would literally spray everything inside the house for these fleas & cheyletialla -- Dimitri is the ONE! He even researched the cheyletialla to see what would kill them BEFORE he came out to make sure he had the right stuff, and after two days I'd say he got it right. I called them to get a quote on a possible infestation of mice in the attic . They responded quickly and I was extremely impressed with Dimitri Albera. I had a company out putting in a heating and air conditioning system in the house and the had informed me that there were a lot mice droppings in the attic. Dimitri was very punctual and a wealth of information. He also informed me that he thought there were currently no mice in my attic. He gave me a very fair quote for spraying around the house. I am tired of companies who come out and tell you that you have a problem and it's going to cost you big bucks when there really is no problem or the issue is less serious than they make it out to be.
