Nothing too horrifying, but showed lack of attention to detail. -The pedicure massage chair did not seem to work quite right. -Didn't appear to be any parking on-site. There's a town lot across the street but depending on time of day it can be hard to get a spot, and there's a 3-hour limit to park there. Overall, I recommend this place. I understand everyone has to start somewhere but I had a sudden health crisis a year ago that resulted in major hair loss. I was subsequently deeply concerned about a neophyte coloring and trimming my hair. I emailed them my regular stylist's "recipe" and Naomi was an absolute master at her craft. She did an incredible job and was very much a subject matter expert as to what I could do to protect my hair that was coming back in and asses how much new growth I had given it was all uneven. I am strictly team Aveda for years and years but often the sacrifice is the personality of the stylist and although I'm fine with silence, Naomi was the absolute coolest and a complete delight. Do hair and your psyche a favor and schedule an appointment with Naomi, you're worth it and so is the experience.

Full price for a manicure, when I don't require polish. Only cuticles and shaping. Shoddy bookkeeping. Okay color, but haircut: one section after a haircut was 1" or more longer, because it wasn't measured out. I wound up trimming it myself with office scissors. Products they use are bad for hair, with sodium and sulfates, I.e., the cheap stuff that dries out hair and creates scalp irritation. I've given it 2+ years, but after expressing frustration with other friends on the island, who have concurred with my negative experiences, I'm not alone in being disappointed, in both quality of services and pricing.
