So, since I was in the Springfield, PA area I decided to stop into that Tint World store location to get some pricing information for what I had in mind. Immediately upon entering, I was greeted by the front desk representative whose name was "Rose". And, she welcomed me with a friendly "hello" and a "smile'. From there, I explained why I stopped in and Rose was extremely professional, kind, attentive and outgoing & began going over what window tinting options they offered. After going through my options, Rose asked when I was looking to get the tint work done and I asked her if I needed to make an appointment in advance since I just walked-in off the street. It was then she asked me if I'd be interested in getting it done right away since I was already there? At first, I was shocked that they had an opening available. Shortly afterwards, Rose's manager (Ian) came out the shop and confirmed that it would only take an hour to get everything completed. So, I said sure, let's get it done! Honestly, I can say that the entire job only took roughly 45 minutes and I was thoroughly impressed! When they pulled my truck out the bay and brought it around to the front of the store, I was extremely pleased. This was my first time going to Tint World and they were EXCELLENT! From the customer service, attention to detail, great work performed, to how fast they got me in and out at a "decent price", I will definitely go back to them if I decide to do anything else to my truck! They get a A++++++ from me!!! Kudos to Rose and Ian for making my 1st time experience a pleasurable one!!!

I had so many questions for the owner Steve and he was really patient in answering. I contacted other tinting businesses, some larger (very aggressive with sales) and smaller, but I ultimately chose Finesse because of the customer service and education he provided to help me decide how I wanted my windows tinted. I'm proud to support a minority-owned business and Steve spoke from the perspective of being a parent, I definitely appreciate knowing what he'd do if it were his family. As expected, the job took 2 hours and cost what he said it would. He told me to wait 3-5 days before rolling down my windows and that after 1-2 weeks it would fully dry/cure, he said if there's any issues he offers a lifetime warranty. I'm happy with how it turned out and can tell our car cools faster now without the use of a sunshield. I'm glad I found Finesse, I'd definitely recommend Steve if you need to get your windows tinted!

While I was waiting for the work to finish, I was standing outside and it looked like it was about to start raining. Dave was kind enough to let me wait inside the waiting area since I was alone, even though their sign said it was closed due to COVID. I also had the pleasure of talking with Dave about his cars that were parked outside. My car was finished in about an hour. When I was driving back, I discovered my speakers were not playing music correctly, so I went back to the shop. To my surprise, Dave was kind enough to explain to me that he usually turns off all the electronics before they start working on the car. That was a huge sigh of relief for me, and I am very grateful for how helpful Dave was with the customer service.
