I will preface my review by letting you know that I did not actually attend a training here, and I am only able to review this training center on their refund policy and customer service alone. Three hours after registering for a course, I discovered that my future employer was willing to provide my training free of charge to me. I immediately emailed the training center to cancel my registration and requested a refund. I received an email presumably from the instructor (the email was not signed) informing me that they were unable to refund my money, but would offer me credit (with a $20 rescheduling fee) to take another course at a later date. I was informed of their no refund policy, and was directed to read their policy on their website. I unfortunately had initially registered for the course via the American Heart Association website, therefore did not go through the Eclipse CPR website and did not see their policy prior to registration. The policy is not clear during the payment process either. Since my future employer will pay for all future trainings, I do not have a need for this credit, so I emailed back explaining the situation (I could not reach them on the phone). I again received an aggressive email from the trainer (this time it was signed), and again I was informed that they would not refund my money. I then contacted the American Heart Association, as this is one of their registered trainers in Tucson...and asked them for assistance in straightening this out. A couple of hours later, I received a passive-aggressive email from the trainer, and I was refunded my money. After 12 years of CPR trainings, I have never registered for a training that I was not able to get refunded if unable to attend. Once during the middle of an American Red Cross training I had to leave due to unforeseen circumstances. I was immediately offered a refund or a future training. I personally will not use this training company again only based on their customer service. read more
