    Do NOT expect a phone call back from anyone! We did go there but suddenly no one will return a phone call! We have moved on!

    Thank you Christie P. For your response. In your yelp review you clearly state "it saddened me…read morethat someone would make false accusations. Also when this gentleman came into the salon on a visit, the now new certificate that was on hold for "loved one" was reissued yet once again. Other than putting it on her forehead what else is one to do!" So, number one problem with this response is you clearly don't care about your customers saying that you would have to stick it on her forehead, really? If you can't take constructive criticism from a paying customer The fact that you had to say that you had to reissue it once again, seems like it burdened you. What you need to understand is that people are busy and the economy is still bad, and if you can't realize that, it saddens me. Because I manage a store and myself and my employees will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy, and as a manager I would never respond to a yelp review in the way that you did. Part of my job is to check yelp daily and make sure people are happy, and if not, I try to figure out what it is that needs to be changed to make everything better. If you would have read the review, I clearly state that I have had attitude problems with your employees, not with you the day I came in. Then you go on to say "and wish I could of helped this gentleman when he stopped in and all the other snotty employees bent over backwards, to treat him special, all in all I guess some people are always playing the victim!" Everyone was nice Yesterday, but telling a customer that they need to stop playing victim is shameful and hurtful. to your business, you should probably take your review down before anyone else sees it.
