Someone fraudulently used my card -- OVER THE PHONE (on the July 4th weekend no less) -- and they took it down and charged $20,000.00 to it without verification of I.D. Yes -- $20K - you read that correctly. When I reported it, they were less than helpful or sympathetic and refused to file a police report on their end. BAD & UNETHICAL SERVICE!! I've filed my own police report -- don't do business here! -- Their website also lists an email that is no longer valid. Someone did return my call the next morning - but not before they called the criminal first and told him that I had canceled the card and transaction - thus allowing him to lie some more -- idiots.

He offered us a loaner vehicle to go get some lunch while the repairs were completed. Even suggested a delightful little market to explore. (Martin's Market, you must explore this as well). After our lovely lunch we drove back and our RV was ready to get back on the road We were three women traveling alone and we felt completely safe getting back on the road again. While traveling from Scranton to Hershey Medical Center we stopped in Frackville for a bite to eat…read more When we came out of the restaurant we noticed that we had a flat tire and could not make it to Hershey on our donut. It was nighttime, cold, and raining. No garage was open. After a few calls from Amber (owner of Black Diamond restaurant) Black Rock Trucks and Equipment answered and open their garage just for us. They were able to patch our tire, and would not charge us a dime. We were able to make it to Hershey safely. This is a great shop with wonderful people. Their kindness will not be forgotten. 5 Stars!
