I come back an hour later to return and he says the 24" blade is missing pieces and is dirty. I hadn't opened either package as you can see the connection type on the back of the retail package. Not sure how I would use a wiper that doesn't fit my car AND use it while it's not raining in an hour only to return. I just wanted to buy some windshield wipers for my car (and I paid top dollar for them too)...instead I'm treated like I'm running some kind of scam on wipers. The critical thinking here is not very well thought out.

Made it to a gas station half a block away and the car wouldn't start. When i finally got it back over there two employees gave me the runaround and ten million excuses why they couldn't give me the right size battery and replace the bolt. Had to have the car towed from their parking lot to the dealership for what in reality was an $8 ten-minute repair. I will never visit another Autozone store in my life. If i could give them zero stars i would. Go to the Advance Auto across the street. Bad staff, bad management across the board here. Already left a message with corporate's customer service line about the unhelpful staff and the damage they did to my car and pretended to be too stupid to fix. They should pay for the repairs i now need that i didn't need before i made the foolish decision to stop there for a new battery.

Was…read moretold by the fat blonde female manager that they were not allowed to go outside and do testing. Which I no is false because I have had things check before. And was also a surprise to the little red head assistant standing on the other end of the counter. Anyway. I left there and came to auto zone I asked Shane the manager if he could test my battery and without hesitation came out and ran the check not only on the battery but alternator as well. Turns out battery was bad. Shane removed the old one and installed the new and checked again before I left. Now that's great service. No question where I will go next time.

I got out to my car, it wouldn't start. The battery was dead, and I was worried I needed a new starter as well. Turns out it was just the battery, which they once again were honest and helpful with choosing the best option for me. Special recognition to Julz, who helped me change the battery, which is especially difficult on a Chevy Impala. He did it in about 15 mnts., when the usual time it takes is 30-45 mnts. He also sprayed some non-corrosive spray, and threw in some new post covers for me. Very helpful, saved me a LOT of time and headache.

SPECIFICALLY JOSH HAMMOND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. at the time his friends that were not employees in the store and drinking while instigating the interaction. the first time exchanging the battery the cashier called the manager who refused to explain the warranty policies, ended up getting the battery replaced there anyway after calling another advanced auto location to confirm the warranty and the exchange was completed. the second time in late january 2025 JOSHUA HAMMOND refused to do his job and wouldn't or He said he "couldn't" pull up the transaction, which was pulled up the time before. This place is ridiculous.

The repeated explanation about not accepting credit cards due to fraud concerns felt like a rehearsed script rather than a genuine conversation, and it made for an unnecessarily frustrating customer experience both in person and over the phone, as I witnessed the 35 minutes I was there. I do want to commend Mr. Jake, who was helpful despite seeming hesitant to engage fully. It's unfortunate that even the more helpful team members seem constrained by the overall negative culture. The environment inside the office, while trying to pay, left a lot to be desired and gave off an impression of disorganization and low morale. I sincerely hope LKQ can improve its customer service and overall atmosphere--it would make a big difference. The product I purchased was of good quality.
