Every year, I am begging them to update me, and there is never a consult on what I could do better or avoid. This year was the worst, I even begged to ask if they can file my taxes this year; begged to update me when they might start, finish, and now to get the completed files. One of the senior manager, even responded and said, someone will get touch with me I think the next few days to see when I can receive my completed taxes. Simple tax or not, i would really like to a prompt service. I wonder if everyone is treated equally here. I was stupid to trust this company. The only reason we stayed with them was because the branch in Uxbridge did a great job with our taxes before. Please avoid BDO and go with the smaller company of chartered accountants. I am learning my lesson now... after several years. Better late, I guess, in learning. No surprise, after begging, I do have someone emailing me about my completed files now. Let's see how long it takes to actually receive the document in my hand or email.
