Our dog loved this place. We came late on a weekday and it was very empty. But he still had a lot of fun. It is really big, consisting of both a small and large dog section. We did like the water stations as well as the poop bags. It was also helpful to have parking right by. My only complaint was that when we left his legs were FILTHY. I was surprised because the park didn't seem muddy. So be sure to bring some wipes and be prepared to give your dog a bath after. read more

Honestly this is the best dog park I've been to in months. The Surrounding area is gorgeous and I plan on exploring more of it but the wide open spaces for my pup to run and frolic was fantastic. It definitely has the usual dog park cons, gets super muddy in spots, you can't always choose who you share the park with, but really a wonderful spot. Owners should be a bit more on top of their dogs since the open space can make easy for them to get farther away, but as long as people are respectful and aware every interaction I saw (even the scary rowdy ones) were well handled. read more

The closest dog park I could find to Elizabeth, the first thing I noticed was the size of the place. Endless space to run and play with the other dogs. Plenty of tennis balls and abandoned toys laying around. The main run is dry clay and mud but there is another smaller enclosure full of healthy green grass. Dogs of all sizes get along great here, from a miniature pinscher to a Saint Bernard. The owners are regulars who all seem to know each other but were warm and friendly toward Ralph and me. Safe to say we made new friends. I won't be trying out any other parks. read more

Nice off-leash dog park. Plenty of seats for people and plenty of space for doggies to run. Has water fountain in summer and people have brought jugs of water when water is shut off in winter. Good parking. read more

Park was highly recomended so we took our dog. Big aggressive pitbull tried to attack him. Owners said he was just playing. We and others did not think so. We left as did most others. A large dog park with separate sections for large and small dogs. Plenty of fresh water available, trash bags located intermittently throughout, and a few benches here and there. The owners are generally attentive and clean up after their dogs. Much less clique-y than the south mountain reserve dog park simply due to it's larger lot size. read more

Love this place and have never had any issues until a couple weeks ago when I came by with my 7 month old Australian Shepard. Park was empty except for 2 people and their dogs that were laying down when we walked in. WELL, the pitbull in the group wasn't friendly at all. And I'm not one of the pitbull bashers. I love them like I love all dogs. Have known many that were great. But he attacked my dog! Thankfully it wasn't anything too serious and was offered the reassurance of her dog not having any top teeth. Took my dog over to the small side, even though he isn't small at all, until they left. Once they were gone I ventured back to the big side as more people were coming in. Shared what happened with a girl sitting next to me and it turns out she knew exactly what dog I was talking about and the owner. And the fact that her dog has done this many times. I just think that sucks. Obviously your dog doesn't play well with others. Maybe it was a rescue that wasn't properly socialized. Or maybe she's just a bad pet owner.. I dunno. Either way, keep your dog home! Or in your yard, or take it for an extra long walk if you don't have one. After 6 mos, socializing your dog is out the window.. so I'm not sure what you are trying to achieve by bringing an obviously aggressive dog to a place where they are supposed to run free and play. Apparently, she comes by everyday around 4:30pm so avoid that time if you want to avoid the same incident. And honestly, if I see her there again and her dog does the same, I won't be so nice about it next time. Swift kick to the balls or lack there of the next time he tries it! read more

Echo Lake Dog Park is terrible. My dog was attacked and the dog owners were no where to be found. I rescued my dog fighting off the other dogs. Use to be a good place...not anymore!!! If you love your dog do not go there. Not recommended by Vets. read more

I used to love this place and bring my dog all the time however the element has changed and thus so has the conditions. Nasty people who don't clean up after their dog is not OK and ruins it for the rest of us. The space is amazing & the pen is wonderful. Just go at off peak times aka avoid Saturday and Sunday mid day to the best of your ability! There are some bowls but come prepared! read more

I love this off leash dog park! It's about 3 acres. Has a place to get water for your dog and people kindly left bowls behind so you can move them around the park. Mostly has green grass which I like better for my dog to run in. The other dog park around seem to have rocks and in the past the rocks have torn my dog paws up from running sliding so much. Always seems to be taken care of and never seen unresponsible owners and left poo poo behind. Also has a smaller fenced-in area for the smaller sized dog if they can't hang with the big dogs! Love this place. Double fences to get in and out, benches to sit on, shaded areas, water bowls, water fountains, poop bags in each section, time out sections, everything you could ask for...
