They make you pay for their basic cable and Internet, which is an extra $60, on top of rent. They came about a month ago to "upgrade" the Internet, it's no different speed or quality and has been going out at least once a week since. Leaving as soon as our lease is up.

Whenever there is a problem, they always apologize and pass the ball to the next. Being a stay-home-mom, I like to take my baby to the pool. The last time I saw chemical waste that they use to clean the pool with, easily a child or baby can consume it and get sick. The business center has two computers which are not working. Last but not least, today, after preparing my baby with all her toys, sunscreen, flotties, etc. I get to the pool (which is 3 blocks from my apt) to find that the pool is empty and only a notice on the door saying that due to glass they had to drain it. I went to the office and talk to one of the many young ladies who work there, to listen once more "I am sorry" "It was last minute." They were not kind enough to send a letter. Supposedly, they sent an email which I never received. Unfortunately, we just renewed for one more year due to work but I wish we could get out of the contract without having to pay a fortune.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. THERE IS A PRETTY NICE NEW CONDO PLACE ACROSS THE STREET. TAKE A LOOK AT THE LAST "NICE"REVIEW, IT WAS A YEAR AGO!!!

If that wasn't good enough, the community offers FlexPay for qualified tenants. FlexPay pays your rent on the 1st, and you pay your rent during the course of the same month. There are too many amenities to write about, but the one thing that I do enjoy is the fact that you have an inside entrance, an elevator, and all the privacy and security you could possibly want, not to mention it is right off of I 77, making it exceptionally easy to get to, and from Charlotte. It's amazing how no one can have trailers or wave runners on the property, unless you work in the maintenance department. They have there own storage room located in retail section under the up ramp of parking deck. I have personally witnessed staff member bring it in and out of there. I have seen countless people have their trailers stuck with warnings and would be towed if not removed! This place has a double standard.

We also were told we would be receiving a second floor apartment and both bathrooms would have bath tubs. When we were handed the keys on moving day and walked into our apartment it had one bath tub and the other bathroom had a shower. Not at all what we were shown or told. It also was a third floor apartment. We decided to end our lease in December and did a buy out agreement. We were told we would receive our deposit back shortly. It's now been 4 months and still no deposit has been sent to us. I have tried calling the office now 3 times in the two weeks with no response.
