The shoes were originally $165, on sale for 82.50$. I wore them exactly 3 times and then I noticed the colour coming off the decorative part of the soles. They look old and scuffed, like they're at the end of their life. I sent in photos and a scan of the receipt and after 2 weeks and 2 follow-up messages, they finally responded saying the soles weren't covered by the guarantee. There is a difference between selling a defective product and a guarantee. By law, they're responsible for selling a defective product. I pointed this out, but they won't respond any more.
I'll have to go the legal route now. $165 + tx is a big price for shoes that are poorly made. I'm out half that, but it's still a lot of money.
Be sure of your purchases at Moi, Mes Souliers because they don't stand behind their products.
