They REALLY know their products, and make good recommendations accordingly customer's needs. At one point, the sale person was bringing out 7 pairs of boots for my friends to try on. The deco is not fancy or elaborated, but you can see all the products they carries displayed sideways on the wall. The stores carries a wide selection of good and practical brand like North Face and Sorrel as well as pretty dress boots, at a really good price,in addition to the amazing promotional the stores was having when we were there. My friend paid $150 for a good pair of winter boots originally priced at $250. We bought a pair of boots initially, and ended up going back the next day to get 2 more pairs. If you are ever in Quebec after a heavy snowfall, and suddenly find yourself ill equipped for walking up those slippery icy hills, this is the store for you!

The shoes are defective and the store will not even discuss taking them back. The shoes were originally $165, on sale for 82.50$. I wore them exactly 3 times and then I noticed the colour coming off the decorative part of the soles. They look old and scuffed, like they're at the end of their life. I sent in photos and a scan of the receipt and after 2 weeks and 2 follow-up messages, they finally responded saying the soles weren't covered by the guarantee. There is a difference between selling a defective product and a guarantee. By law, they're responsible for selling a defective product. I pointed this out, but they won't respond any more. I'll have to go the legal route now. $165 + tx is a big price for shoes that are poorly made. I'm out half that, but it's still a lot of money. Be sure of your purchases at Moi, Mes Souliers because they don't stand behind their products.

Punk, skinhead, hardcore and metal items, priced very reasonably, side by side with every type of converse shoes you can desire. They have a great selection of Dr. Martens, of all shapes and sizes. But most of all, it's all about the people who work there. The service is impeccable. The friendly staff is always there to help. They know their products and are not pushing sales on you. All in all, it's a great place that has kept it's authenticity.

I'd rather spend my money on something stylish and very useful than a tacky t-shirt or a mug. When I walked by this shop and saw the jacket, I knew I'd found my souvenir. While, I would have been content to just slip the jacket on and check the size, the friendly woman working in the shop insisted on dressing me in front of a mirror. She showed me all of the countless ways I can style the jacket and gave me very thorough instructions on its care. The jacket was made with excellent detail to quality. I cannot wait for the weather to cool in Chicago so that I can start wearing it.
