Rustic Ridge immediately answered and had someone out here within a day or two. The service was conducted great and the price was very fair. The oddity started happening after, where they were supposed to come out in another eight weeks to do another weed and feed. It was extremely difficult to get someone on the phone at their office number and get a return call. I finally got ahold of someone at the office and they had said one of their techs had just had a baby so it may be a little longer but they would try and get someone else out there to take his place. Which I totally understood. After about three weeks of not hearing from them again (at this point it has been about 12-13 weeks between the supposed eight week weed and feed) I called and I have since, not been able to get ahold of anyone or get a return call after leaving numerous messages. So to end this I'll say their initial service was awesome but then went rapidly downhill and I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue or what but there has not been any transparency and I have thus had to look for another company to care of my needs. It has been an unfortunate experience.

I told him I needed both the windows and the fence replaced before this winter season. I spent the next several months calling and leaving messages requesting an update to confirm the windows had arrived for install and to get the bid for a new fence. Not one of my calls was ever answered. I finally reached Keith via email a few weeks ago. He did not apologize for keeping me waiting for 9 months without a simple email or phone call. Instead he just said he's been busy. Then he said that he hadnt ordered the windows or made an estimate for the new fence and he would have to come out and take measurements again. I told him this was frustrating and disappointing, especially since I had never received an update and I could have hired someone else and had the work done by now. Again, no apology or acknowledgment for ghosting me and wasting my time. I told Keith he was fired and I would not be able to recommend him going forward. Complete waste of time.
