Upon David's arrival he inspected the job, explained that it would be difficult to do and I understood given the lack of space to work in, but he'd do his best to get the job done, and he was off to get the necessary supplies. When he returned he knocked out the job as he showed and explained to me along the way what he was doing to make sure I was ok and happy with it. Our cabinets are now ready for install and we can finally stop stressing about this. You can see from the before and after photos the tight work space he had to work with, and we're more than happy with the job he did! I won't hesitate to hire Soul brothers again!

I would recommend Brian and his team to anyone looking to get work done around their home. Brian is not shy about telling you where his limitations are, and he is true to his word. Brian is also really creative finding ways to get projects done. For context, I had about 100 items that needed to be done, some small, and some quite large. * Communication: From start to finish, Brian was great about communicating everything. The schedule of their team, when items would be finished, what work was complete, what work remained, etc. I even had another project (painting) started while they were there, and they were able to talk with the painters and figure out logistics on their own. * Organization: With a list of nearly 100 items on my list, I appreciate how detail oriented Brian was capturing every item and scoping it out. I don't think he missed a single item from our walk through. * Quality: Everything was done to a high level of standard, and Brian and his team have an eye for detail. They take great pride in what they do and make suggestions to help save money or improve above and beyond original recommendations. * Knowledgeable: Brian and his team are extremely knowledgeable. Given the broad list of items I presented to them, I was impressed how they were able to assess and repair all the items There were so many items they worked on, but I was truly impressed by how they were able to rescue my pool. It had been neglected for months on end and was absolutely overrun with and completely green from algae. Brian was able to get the pool back to a clear blue state without having to drain and chemical wash the entire pool (which would have been much more expensive and risk cracking the pool! It was truly amazing. At the end of the day, it felt like Brian and his team were taking care of their own home. I feel like pricing was fair and very transparent. Sergio and his employees are nice people but their quality of work is very amateur like. The end…read moreresult looks as if a homeowner attempted a DIY and failed. They may be good at some projects but when it comes to trim work, finish work, painting, drywall and texture and window washing, their quality of work is substandard. Also when it comes to pricing, they tell you one price and send you an invoice at a higher price They also request payment before the work is complete and then flood your inbox with invoices that show past due when the work hasn't even begun let one completed. In good faith I can't recommend hiring them. Do yourself a favor and ask neighbors and friends for recommendations and then check the quality of work before you hire someone. In response to the owners reply. Sergio yes you did drop $50 from the windows and I still paid to much, if I had a ladder I could have done a better job with some windex and paper towels, the windows are full of streaks and the edges weren't even washed. I will admit the drywall repair by the vanity is good. It's the repair about the shower walls that is substandard. Aside from not prepping which lead to paint and mud dripping all over the brand new tub and shower enclosure, I don't consider slapping on on spackle and a half ass plant job a proper dry wall and texture repair. Yes you were gracious enough to touch up the caulking around the tub when asked but I had to point out all the areas Samuel missed which caused him to go back. When it comes to the door jamb being repaired, once again substandard work which you didn't complete. I will update my review with photos so viewers can make their own informed decision. And for the pricing, you solicited and and agreed to the additional work. My issue is you quote one price and invoice a higher cost. Bottom line is you're an amateur and your work confirms. Not mad at you, we all have to make a living. Wishing you and your business the best of luck.

I decided to go with Southern NV Handyman Services I was looking to get 2 outdoor ring cameras installed. SNHS responded promptly. Communication was on point and owner Patrick did arrive within the scheduled proposed window. Pricing was comparable to other handyman services. Upon arrival, I showed Patrick where I wanted the ring cameras installed. He also patiently walked me through the process of setting up the cameras via the Ring app on my phone. The entire project took about 90 minutes from start to finish. Along the way, Patrick continually updated me and made sure the cameras were placed in the right spot before moving forward.
