I've been training with Martin for 2 months now, and believe he is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. I started the program because I was seeking for motivation and that is definitely what I got. He made me try a different way of training and a different approach, stimulating my body and my curiosity. Martin is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (and somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I've seen improvements in my weaker parts of the body, lift progressively heavier weights (or increase number of repetitions), lose body fat and generally push myself harder throughout each session. My request from the beginning was to push my limits and this is what we accomplished. Moreover, he always ensures that the technique is always correct to avoid any injuries, and he is extremely reliable and punctual - always set up and ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. Last but not least, it is a really nice person to spend time with, so it was actually pleasant to train and being able to converse about everything during breaks. I have to admit I wasn't very enthusiastic when my friend suggested we train while on vacation in Buenos Aires but, after overindulging and under training (to be read not training at all) during the holidays it was the wright thing to do. My friend suggested Martin Ebner as our personal trainer while in BA and it was the best decision. We were in contact with him prior to arriving in BA, discussing our goals so he had developed a custom training plan to meet our individual needs. while in BA I trained daily with Martin in the lovely park where he holds his sessions and, have to admit (again), despite dragging my feet all the way to the park, once I got there Martin was really good at pushing me (all with good humor) and making me work out much harder than I do on my own. His knowledge and personality made everything very enjoyable so I was able to see results in a weeks time. Thanks to Martin Ebner I got back on the gym routine, I'm able to use the training program he developed for me when I'm working out on my own and more so, when I feel like slacking/slowing down I could hear his voice in my head saying: "C'mon man!!!" I began my training sessions with Martin in february of this year. I was coming back from my vacations after having done very little more than stuff my face for months on end. All i knew from training was being inside the gym lifting weight until Eby introduced me to this new way of doing everything with your own body weight, and in a natural enviroment such as the park. He is really caring, he pays attention to every detail, controlling every movement. Quality over quantity he would repeat to me and every time it would drive me nuts! I did however master the technique of every exercise! Now, i find myself in Brasil. Yesterday i completed a very intense hike, climbing and walking up a hill for two hours, until i reached the famous Cristo Redentor in Rio de Janeiro. As i was going along i kept on thinking about how good the past months have done me, training with Martin. I am completely positive that without his sessions, i would have failed to complete the hike. Overall, you will make a great friend in this amazing guy!
