She's helped us stay On Time and educated us on ways to maximize our returns. I happily write this because she has assisted me with tips and advice on how to file as an LLC/S-Corp and stay compliant as a small business owner. It's the little things that truly add value to the knowledge that an accountant or tax preparer can add that sometimes is a thankless job. I write this because working with Karen and On Time Business Services has truly been worth the the 15 mile commute to drop off our taxes. Their office may be small, but they do their best to help you get a big return. Even if I have no write-offs or deductions next year, I still feel like I've gained more confidence with the process of doing taxes for my small business and look forward to working with Karen again.

Victor failed to properly file my 2020 and 2021 tax returns as represented, resulting in substantial failure-to-file penalties and interest from the IRS. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue directly with his office over many months, the matter ultimately required formal legal action. On June 5, 2026, a court judgment was issued in my favor in Los Angeles County Small Claims Court (Case # 26CHSC00217, Chatsworth Courthouse) for professional negligence. Payment of the judgment was only fulfilled after executing a formal settlement agreement under the threat of Sheriff enforcement and bond claims.
