Both the kaspresknodl soup and the Kartofelsuppe are delicious. Their specials are always mind blowing; yesterday I had a roast duck with red cabbage that came with apricot, orange slices and a dumpling that man! .. Seriously.. The bomb. I ordered herbal tea which was brought in a small porcelain cup, teabag immersed. The ratio water/ tea was not correct;I asked for hot water which was brought promptly. To make story short- I was charged for two teas on my bill; the "black tea" stood in for the hot water. I pointed out that if the tea would have been served correctly with the right amount of water there would have been no request for more. The server said it's House policy (?). He offered me a refund of €1 ( my guess is from his own pocket, but he did understand my point. I need to add that I am working in the restaurant industry as sommelier and have a deep knowledge on the subject of tea.
