This review is for Yan Goldsenberg!!!!!…read more Oh my god!!! The first time we talked, he gave me 45min of his time freely to tell me how everything works, time frame, process and all and all to navigate the system and understand my options!!! When it was supposed to be a 15min courteous call. Wow wow wow!!!! I asked 100 questions and he answered each one with kindness and humility. I was blown away!!!!!! If you need a straight forward help with filing, you MUST get Yan becuz he is the kind of human being that works with virtuous beliefs and is just incredibly kind. I did not know this kind of attorney still exist in the world today. #incredible My "what if's" were driving me insane, so not only I asked immediate questions, I asked a BUNCH of subsequent questions trying to predict the future, and all the details along with it about time frame, procedure etc etc... After 2 consults with Yan, I immediately felt liberated after he addressed all of my fears. And that is HUGE!!!!! This is your LIFE on the line and the system is chaotic and very flawed. Most attorneys in this field have no moral compass and filled with greed, they see dollars and cents. Your fear and worries are stress they don't wanna have to deal with. I experienced that hands on during my emergency. Not to mentioned getting hung up by an attorneys included. #WTF ( Adam Green ) As for my own attorney ( Richard Tashjian ), his misrepresentation and callousness wasted me so much freaking time for NOTHING, not to mention after tens of thousands are spent. He's a mean greedy bastard, dismissive, careless, egoistical, and heartless. RUN FARRRRRR!!! All that being said, if not for Yelp, I would not have been able to be "referred" to Yan, thank you yelpers. Yan is the MAN! He will FIGHT FOR YOU! ---------------------- The list of people I spoke to during the hunt for my emergencies. * Daniela Fussel - she is nice but in depth enough to know her abilities * GK Law Firm - Gallorah, never called back unexpectedly, unlike what other yelpers mentioned * David Craig - same as GK * Marla Schetcher - same as GK * Adam Green - oh my goodness, incredibly rude and dismissive! Stay away!!!!!!!!!!! * Mattspaulding - he is referred to me & yes he is very good as well. The convo gave great info, I was pleased. ----------------------

Everyone knows how important it is to have a will or living trust so that if something happens to…read moreyou, your heirs will be protected - bonus points if you can make the process of settling your estate as easy as possible. The problem is, it's one of those tasks that often gets bumped to the very end of the "to do" list when it really shouldn't; it seems too difficult, complicated or expensive. We hired Stephen E. Grant to draw up our living trust and he made the process incredibly easy for us - starting with a clearly worded, detailed intake form that really helped us crystallize what we wanted to include. He communicated clearly with us throughout the process, patiently and accurately answered all our questions and drew up a solid, thorough estate plan including a living trust, wills and health care POA for a very reasonable price. We are so glad we didn't procrastinate and finally got this done. Quality legal counsel doesn't have to be intimidating or prohibitively expensive and Mr. Grant made it a smooth (and from our end) easy process.

Before coming to this firm, I had another legal team that was representative me on filing I-821D the communication they had was very unprofessional so I decided to continue with another firm and this is how I stepped down to this firm (Law Offices of Ursula Trimming, Esq) and I couldn't believe the way they handle my paperwork and the way they always communicate with me by emails efficiently. I highly recommend this firm.

I had met with…read moreseveral other attorneys before meeting Galorah, but from the first moment I met her I knew there was something very genuine about her. She greeted me with a warm welcome and took me to her conference room to discuss my case. She offered a free consultation, took the time to listen to every detail, and already started giving me advice on all the things I need to do. I knew she was so honest because she was telling me things that I could do myself instead of paying her lawyer fees to do it for me. She guided us every step of the way and was very responsive to every single email and phone call. She was very flexible and had offered to meet me after hours at a coffee shop as well if that was easier for me. Galorah really puts in her personal touch and makes you comfortable so you can trust her completely. Her rates were very reasonable for the amount of work she does for you. We have already recommended her to a few of our friends too and they are also very impressed by her upfront honesty. She does not beat around the bush and try to get extra fees from you. She continued to answer all our questions way beyond what was expected of her. She even went out of her way to consult other senior attorneys on the case to make sure she was making the right decision on the course of action. I cannot stress enough how truly grateful we are to Galorah!

This business is incredibly fake and disrespectful behind the scenes. I was an employee who worked…read morehard, showed up consistently, and went out of my way to support them-- including spending days asking customers to leave 5-star Google reviews to boost their public image. I was constantly pushed to approach people, follow up, and focus on getting those reviews--it became a regular part of my job even though it wasn't part of my job description. I was doing everything I could to help them look good. But once they got what they wanted from me, they fired me without warning, explanation, or cause. The way I was treated was mean-spirited and degrading. They showed no appreciation, no empathy, and made me feel completely disposable. It was like I was never a real person to them--just someone to use and toss aside. They may present a polished, friendly front to the public, but don't be fooled. Behind the scenes, the environment is toxic, cold, and fake. They do not treat their employees with even basic human decency. I would never work here again--and I wouldn't even work with them as a client. Their lack of integrity goes beyond how they treat workers. If this is how they operate internally, I can only imagine how they truly value their customers once the doors close. Think twice before engaging with this business in any capacity. The shiny image is just that--an image.
