We have 2 cats and 2 dogs and you would never know it after they are done. One thing that impressed me the most is how they go above and beyond. I got a call from the owner one evening saying that the crew needed to come back the next day and vacuum. They had noticed after doing our home the vacuumed and had becomes very clogged and they were concerned it did not do a good job. It looked great to me but they insisted on coming back to redo the vacuuming. We love our Fresh Home!

While I'm not upset that they decided to change direction and service commercial stuff, I find it very unprofessional to do this with zero notice and then add insult with a Socrates quote about "change". Quality work was great, but boy, this is simply an awful way to treat your loyal customers.

Service is average. Customer for 5 years. Communication is poor between business and customer. Most…read moreof the work was done reasonably well, but there was nearly always something that was missed or not done. A lot of time a minor or small detail, but almost every service it was something. Early in using the service, if there was an issue or missed portion of the home (failure to dust, mop a bathroom floor, clean blinds/shade, etc.), they would send someone back to complete the job. But after a while we got tired of having to consistently contact the owner (who is normally slow to respond, primarily answering only in texts) and just dealt with it. Part of the reason we didn't make a change sooner was due to their reliability with their consistent schedule. The staff is courteous and professional, but the results were average and never exemplary. It is completely understandable that it can not and will never be perfect, but every time something was missed or poorly done. Again, we stayed with the company for their consistency and the work was decent enough that didn't warrant going through the hassle of hiring another company. What ultimately led to the end of our service was the complete lack of communication when changes to the schedule were made (not the first time) and then receiving a poor cleaning that resulted in nothing being mopped, blinds being skipped over and overall sloppy service. The owner, who consistently has an excuse for their lack of communication, does not call back and responds with a snarky text that "if you are wanting perfection for what you are paying, you should get on your hands and knees and do it yourself."
