The service man was very nice and polite but why did he charge me 50 dollars to just put a cheap new knob on only and it does the same thing my nice old knob was doing? Nothing was solved. He then thought he was going to leave the thing around the knob loose as it was not that way when he came and the water nozzle turned side ways. On top of that. He did get me some hot water but tell me what happened to the cold water......only had hot water. Had to call him back out and he did correct the water but couldn't tell me why he didn't replace the whole knob area just stated that the new cheap knob that I was charged 50 dollars for was going to continue turning all around, no stop point.....well you have to find the stop point because it needed the whole piece replaced. Yea, polite but slack business.

Came to the property, surveyed the site for the new fence, installers showed up EARLY on installation day. No one else in the Columbus area could even send anyone to look at the job for two weeks. Bid came in 20% lower than any other comparable bids. Installers were professional, courteous, and went right to work. Fence looks great, I'm already planning to use them on future projects.

United built some fence and gates for my neighbors home as well as mine. The job was done so…read morehorribly I had to call them out four times before finally giving up. Our gates both sag so terribly they won't open or close. The bolts backed out on their own and my neighbor has to park her car against the gate so that it won't fall over. The panels overlap and touch the ground which has caused them to rot from the bottom up. There was also originally no support for the gate and it broke under its own weight. I'm so mad at myself for spending $1250 out of my own pocket but at least I'm able bodied enough to fix it myself. My disabled neighbor isn't so lucky. Overall the craftsmanship is terrible and obvious shortcuts were taken resulting in piss poor compromises. All these issues arose within a month of owning our fences and after a year I'm still pissed as I'm constantly having to fix this monstrosity. What should've been a relatively simple and easy job has become a neighborhood nightmare. I contacted them regarding their quality issued but received no response. Avoid this company at all costs!
