Menu different than advertised. Food just okay. We enjoyed the walk but we were unimpressed.

Food is overall quite nice but hazelnut ice cream is something at another level. I would come back just to eat this.

I think this is the *only* place in Stockholm that offers real dim sum (Cantonese style Chinese…read moretapas) or congee (Cantonese style rice porridge) and for that they deserve at least a few stars. I will go back because I don't know anywhere else to find these foods, but it's certainly not the best dim sum on Earth, and the service was on par with most dim sum restaurants I've been to, which is to say adequate but not great. Dim sum and congee are weekend only and the elderly Chinese crowd confirms that you've come to the best place in town. The steamed shrimp dumplings and fried dough with pork were quite tasty. The steamed pork dumplings and pork ribs were ok, the char sui bao was a bit denser in dough than it should have been, and the steamed rice in lotus leaf was bland, as was the radish cake. They were completely lacking in sauces that I'm used to at dim sum - no Chinese mustard or dipping sauces aside from chili and soy sauce. No fried sesame balls filled with bean paste, much to my disappointment, but that you can get frozen or freshly made at the Oriental Supermarket in Hötorget T-bana station if you are desperate for it like I sometimes am. On weekdays, Lucky Garden offers a great lunch value and a quiet, calm, spacious place good for lunch meetings, though the food is pretty bland and simple. Good for someone looking for healthy, simple vegetables with protein.

Our first entree was Eggplant with beef and shrimp, second entree was black bean chicken. The portions were just right. The ambience of the restaurant was also quite impressive, filled with insightful poem on life. Spacious seating and a bar at the back. Both of us are from Hong Kong, we highly recommended this restaurant.

We ate at Barobao because it met our two highest criteria at the time: open and near our hotel. We…read morelove all Asian food, including bao, so we figured we'd give it a try. They were serving a reduced menu it seemed. There were only a handful of options. But we were starving so we just picked some stuff and crossed our fingers. We ordered the cloudy ramen, which was totally fine ramen but nothing hugely tremendous about it. Still on a nice cold snowy day, it really did hit the spot. My mushroom bao looked good but was very difficult to eat. It was overstuffed and split straight down the middle immediately. It just turned into a real hot mess so I just ate the pieces out of my dish. I did note that the bao buns are stored in a glass case on the counter. I don't know if this impacts the quality of the bun or how long they sit in there, but I did wonder if maybe this didn't help the bun's integrety. But for what it was worth, it WAS tasty. And we got the Korean chicken, which was sticky covered in sauce and pretty decent. Our service was just kind of meh... we were seated and abandoned for about 20 minutes. My husband was actually just about to get up to leave when the waiter finally remembered we were there. In the meantime, another party was seated, provided water and ordered before we were addressed. Sigh. We also had to request our check at the end of the meal. Overall it was fine. Would we come back? Probably not.

This is a pretty good little restaurant. We were on the hunt for reasonably priced restaurants…read morewhich aren't easy to find in Stockholm. We stumbled upon this one and came here for dinner one night. We weren't very hungry and we love bao buns, so that's all we got. We got the duck, chicken, pork belly, and shrimp. The duck and pork belly were really good. The chicken was pretty good too, but I wasn't a fan of the shrimp. The decor inside the restaurant was really awesome. There was a lot of plants integrated a nice wood designs. It's fast casual, so you order at the counter and they bring the food to you. The service is really fast. I would definitely recommend eating here -- especially if you are trying to eat on a budget in Stockholm.

So I finally decided to take my lazy ass across the park & go to Miss Voon, figuring that since I…read morewalk by it nearly every day, that I should try it. Wow. Just....wow! The restaurant's decor is reminiscent of the Buddha Bar in Paris, and it has the same cool vibe with music to complement it. Snygging and I had to get our own drinks from the bar and nibblies were extra, which wasn't auspicious. But the bartender was very friendly & helpful, and the hostess sat us in a prompt and very friendly manner (make sure you make a reservation). Our waiter was very friendly, and very helpful with suggestions not just on choices of dishes, but wine pairing too. Then the food arrived. Gorgeous! Then we tasted it. Oh. My. God! We both started making moaning noises almost as soon as the first bites hit our palates (she started with the truffle dumplings, and I started with the Fjord Salmon). I mean, honestly...other patrons were staring at us like we were up to something under the table. It was that good. Ambrosiac! Then on to the Ox Rib Tempura (more moaning), the Lamb Racks (GTFO!!), and the Lobster Tacos (porn noises). I also had the Tuna Fritters, which, while delicious, didn't measure up to the other dishes... Which were insanely, deliciously good! I read another reviewer saying that it deserved a Michelin star, and I absolutely agree. Miss Voon is expensive, but it is worth every penny. If you have to choose between paying your taxes or eating here, well... the choice is obvious to me. Going back again tonight. Probably this weekend too.

The dishes are super tasty, delicately prepared and small...and small sizes is great, as it enables me to get a few bites of everything. The way I like it as I am used to that kind of dining from Japan. Every single dish I have tried have been outstanding. The flavours are very refined, varied and unique. Definitely an artform few chefs master. Cocktails...ahhh, I tried 'Stranger in Moscow' and that was it. Hooked...for good or for bad! Deserts...here you can try any and they will be mouth watering. But somehow I go back to the mochi ice-cream. Sweet and simple! Now for the ambience... Book a table in advance. It is often fully booked and especially the weekends you could have to wait until 10pm to get a seat if you come without a booking at 6.30pm like I did. The tables, although pretty closely placed to each other manage to keep privacy due to design. The service is always good...although some due seem to hesitate speaking English. But that is fine...I speak Swedish too :) Otherwise...just request an English speaking waiter/waitress from the very beginning. My number one pick for where to bring VIP guests for a cosy treat and when I want a good treat myself. I would go back at least once every visit to Stockholm. Don't miss it!
