I started paying my bill on the website just because she was so awful. I would go to pay my bill and there would never be anyone in the store. When confronted about it she said "I had a doctors appointment" if you really want to run a business you should schedule things like that after hours. Especially if you're the only one working there. I can't wait to not have to deal with this place ever again!!! If I could give it 0 stars I would. On top of everything else the place gave my things roaches! I can't even keep some of my stuff because they don't upkeep their property. There was also one time that I was late on a payment and they overlocked my storage unit. I paid the bill and the late fee and I went up there a few days later to gather some things and the lock was still on it! I couldn't even get into my unit because they didn't do their job correctly. Just awful.
