I honestly wasn't even sure if lemon law was worth looking into. My car had been back to the dealer a few times for the same issue and I was getting pretty tired of dealing with it. I reached out to Easy Lemon, sent them my repair records, and they explained what the process would look like. After that, there really wasn't much I had to do. They handled everything and kept me updated when there was something I needed to know. Overall it was a lot easier than I expected and I'm glad I reached out. read more

I had a very positive experience working with Easy Lemon during what started as a frustrating situation with my new vehicle. After realizing the car qualified as a lemon, I turned to their team for support. The frontline operators were very responsive, friendly, and professional EZ Lemon took the time to clearly explain the process, kept me informed along the way, and handled my case with care and efficiency. Their guidance made a complicated situation much manageable. More importantly, the outcome was resolved. I truly appreciate the level of service and professionalism they provided. I would highly recommend Easy Lemon to anyone dealing with a similar situation. I'm not sure why anyone would try to resolve these matters on their own, so if you're going to put your faith in a tried and true company, have confidence in Easy Lemon. My only constructive feedback is specific to the final terms/negotiation; I desperately wanted to wash my hands of this vehicle, given it's history. However, I felt pressured to accept an option I was not agreeable to; I was told what I wanted was not realistic given the nature of the mechanical issues. In the end, I got exactly what I wanted, and the attorney went to bat for me, so all's well that ends well! Let me be clear, I highly recommend Easy Lemon. read more

UPDATE: I wanted to come back and update my review because Easy Lemon ultimately earned it. Our case took longer than we had hoped, and there were times when I was frustrated with the process. From the beginning, we believed a repurchase of our vehicle was likely, so it was disappointing to spend several months pursuing that path only to learn that a buyback was not going to be an option. However, after my original review, the team reached back out to us, took the time to address our concerns, and continued working diligently on our behalf. In the end, they were able to secure a $12,500 settlement for our Cadillac. While it wasn't the repurchase we had originally hoped for, it was certainly better than receiving nothing at all. More importantly, they did not walk away from the situation when things became difficult. They followed through on their commitments and worked with us until the matter was resolved. I believe it is important to be just as vocal when a company makes things right as when there are concerns, and that is why I am updating my review. While the process was longer than expected, the team ultimately delivered results and treated us with kindness and professionalism. Thank you to everyone at Easy Lemon who helped bring this matter to a successful conclusion. read more
