We opted to take our lunch and spend more time exploring. Our destination was Foster Bay, and it did not dissapoint!! We saw a bull shark, manatee, dolphins, birds, and all kinds of fish. One of the islands, Hickory Preserve I believe, I'm not sure of the exact name, was awesome. It was planned it as our first stop, and when we arrived, we found ourselves to be the only ones there. There were beautiful, perfect shells everywhere: conchs, whelks, alphabet cones, wormies, murexes, and even unseparated cockle shells (I actually thought it was a different type of shell because I had never seen an unbroken pair before). I could barely take one step forward without having to stoop down again (I'm glad I left my sand dipper on the boat, because it was completely unnecessary). On our way back to the dock, he took us to see manatees, and it was pretty much the perfect end to both our excursion and our trip to Sanibel. We got close enough to take photos and videos without bothering them, and we even got to see two eating together (I think he said they were eating the algae off the dock post). There were just so many extra kind gestures that Carolyn and John extended to us, just top notch customer service and friendliness overall that made me feel very spoiled. Photos of our day were uploaded to a Dropbox account for us to download, we didn't have to waste time transferring shells to our bags because we got to keep the buckets, a thank you postcard was sent to us in the mail. Thank you, Captain John and Carolyn, it was an amazing day!

We also saw so many birds -- a birder's dream! He also took us to North Captiva Island Club. And not just once but twice, we saw dolphins as we were heading out to sea and then again towards the end of the day when dolphins jumped our wake as we headed to Sanibel lighthouse. Honestly, couldn't have asked for more! Highly recommend Captain Paul of Cape Captains!

It was a story to tell !!! Thanks Paul !!! We would definitely do it again !!! Paul is super nice, fun, and he truly cares about his guests !!!

Matt's attention to detail when setting this home up for wheelchair accessibility was great! We felt right at home from the minute we walked in. Matt had a binder on the counter with local recommendations for restaurants and things to do, which was very helpful in deciding on a restaurant our last night in town. We had a little hic-cup with the WiFi, which Matt took care of as soon as I let him know about it. He was extremely responsive and very pleasant to speak with. We definitely recommend staying here even if your needs are not for an accessible home. Quiet, beautiful, and in a great location. The perfect place to sit back and relax.

Was upset that we called our credit card for a charge back. Was going to give us an imaginary check. The same one that was in the boat did not show up. Rented a house on the water just for the boat.
