Three weeks ago, I ordered a gift card from their website with the expectation that it would be a straightforward process. I chose the option to have a physical gift card shipped to me in Euless, TX so that I could turn around put it in a gift box and ship it right back to Victoria, TX to a dear friend of mine for her birthday. I am about 5 hours away so it shouldn't take three weeks to receive it, right? The first call was made on Tuesday, November 28th at 4:08p CST to see if there was a tracking number or if I could get an estimate as to when I should expect it. The young lady on the phone ensured me that "all gift cards have been sent out and that there was no way of tracking the package." She also ensured me that I should have it no later than Friday. Afterall, Victoria is only a 5 hour drive, so it did seem promising. After waiting patiently for the gift card to arrive, I called the second time on Friday, December 1st at 10:47a CST (7 days after the purchase). The young lady on the phone ensured me that it would be there at the end-of-day and that if it were not to give them a call back. Unfortunately for me, I had a plane to catch at 1:00p CST and was gone for a week. Saturday, December 9th, I arrived back from my vacation and still have not received this gift card I purchased 15 days/10 business days ago. 3:18p CST, I decided to reach out to them yet again that only added to my frustration. During this particular call I was told that I needed to speak to a manager to address the issue and I left my contact information. The young lady stated "I will text the manager right now". Monday, December 11th, at 11:10a CST I called again to speak to a manager. This young lady stated "This is the first time she is hearing about this and that the manager is in a meeting and will also relay this message to the Manager (Emily) and the owner." I did receive a call at 3:14pm CST, that I missed, and Emily did leave me a voicemail. When I called back 8 minutes later at 3:22pm CST, no one picked up so I left a message for Emily asking her to give me a call back. This place must be so busy and filled with clients because it is Tuesday, December 12th and the time is currently 2:14p CST and I am still waiting for a call back. This experience has been more than just a simple inconvenience; it has soured my perception of them and eroded any trust I had i their customer service. I'm actually glad that this is occurring because this is a projection as to how business is done at this establishment. I share this experience not only as a means of expressing my frustration but also as a cautionary tale for others who may consider engaging with them. The way in which a company handles issues and communicates with its customers is a vital aspect of the overall customer experience, and unfortunately, mines was left much to be desired in that regard.

They also hovered over me while I looked at them expecting me to give them an answer when there were hundreds of different options. I did their classics pedicure and it was AMAZING! I loved it and they were very nice. Not too harsh or anything. I was very relaxed. My boyfriend and I both enjoyed our pedis. My boyfriend also got his eyebrows waxed and he said it was very good too. I then did what I thought was a gel manicure. Expecting to have my hands soaked and cuticles treated, the lady just put on the extension nails and started working on the acrylics. I didn't get a hand massage like the description said I would get and I'm sure that's what I paid for. If not, that's what I specifically asked for. I loved the color of my nails but I do not like how my nails turned out. Some look longer than others, one is obviously crooked (i asked her to fix it twice and it's still crooked), and my nails look super bulky which I hate. There's also some acrylic nail residue under the nail which is ANNOYING! She also glued the extensions too far from my actual nail tip, which made my nails look weird, and you can visibly see the gap between my nail and the extension on my left thumb. You can also see that the nails aren't properly filed either. And since I have gel polish it's hard to fix it with a regular nail file. My nails aren't smooth on the top at all, meaning it's dented in the middle from where the extension is glued onto my natural nail During the "manicure", the lady was super nice and making conversation. She offered my boyfriend and I drinks (water or coke) and was very sweet. Over all the service was good, the pedicures are AMAZING!, but I probably won't come back to get my nails done here. For sure my go to for pedi, but not for a manicure. For two pedis, a "manicure" (my acrylic nails with gel polish but no soaking or massage or cuticle clean up, and an eyebrow wax, i paid $107. Which wasn't too bad I thought. I tried to post pictures that shows my nails as best as I could. update***********10/4/2018 My nails are slowly but surely looking worse by the day. Parts of the acrylic are falling off. Either the acrylic or the gel polish, either way, it looks messy and it's barley been a little over a week?? My cuticles look horrible and food and dirt keeps getting stuck in between my actual nail and the fake nail. Despite having good customer service, I will definitely NOT return here under any circumstance due to how poorly my nails were done.

They then pulled out the consent form and said do i use any of these things and i said no i don't and i said i only use face wash i said cera ve and they said that's why "my skin was ripped off" when i told them it doesn't say i couldn't use it on the consent form and that i've never had a problem before they said it's my face wash not them. if this was the case don't you think the top of my eyebrows would be like the bottom?? and also the last time i used this face wash was last night so it can't be. If you look at this picture you can very obviously tell i was burned and they refuse to take responsibility for it or do anything other than say it was my fault. There is a few great people that work here don't get me wrong, but i'm very disappointed with the outcome of todays visit, and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, not only is my skin burning and hurts to the touch,but this is going to take awhile to heal for what should have been a simple eyebrow wax.
