I was honestly shocked by that response, as I left without any clear diagnosis or treatment plan. Later, I received a very large bill for this visit. I contacted billing to explain that the services were extremely limited and that no diagnosis was provided, but the amount was not reduced. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations for an emergency room visit. Update: After I left my honest review, an additional charge was added to my account for services that were never provided. This appears to be an attempt to collect money unfairly. I want to make it clear that no such services were performed, and this charge is not legitimate. I will be filing a formal complaint regarding this situation.

She kept asking a manager who was a nurse practitioner what's up. Devon the nurse practitioner was a fresh breeze, and got my vitals, drew blood, etc... Then in my room, for 30 minutes we tried to do my online information, on my phone, and even on hers, and nothing would let us put the code in. So she said I will have the nurse call you and get your medical history. Yay! She was very pleasant, and told me that my phone number on their end was put into the computer incorrectly, and they are so sorry. Devon kept coming in and apologizing. Testing quickly followed and we had a diagnosis soon. The care he received was excellent, both in the ER and on the hospital floor. All staff that we interacted with were professional and kind. We are used to care at the Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. This small town hospital was every bit as good as a bigger facility; perhaps even better. The recording indicated the office opens at 8:30 on this Monday ! Still office is closed. I called several times still no answer. The prompt indicates to press one if I want to talk to someone. After pressing one I am advised it is an invalid key. The office is gross and unsanitary. A day of no pay and still no resolution to my injury !!
