I went in not knowing what to expect and was greeted by the front office manager/receptionist Misty. We conversed as I filled out the paperwork. Misty, took X rays and scheduled me to come back for my adjustment. She explained the importance of having an X-ray done first versus allowing someone to begin adjusting you without knowing potential problems that are revealed through an Xray. I asked Misty how long she has been with the practice and her response was so beautiful she spoke so highly of her employer and employment experience. This is definitely a space filled with love by God fearing people. I go back this week for my adjustment and I will update my review.

The chiro was at the front desk and told me that because their front desk person was out, she couldn't see me because they were too busy. Mind you, no one else was there, and it was 2.5 hours before they closed. I returned yesterday, this time with a Groupon I had purchased specifically because it referenced the Mint Hill location as one where the Groupon could be redeemed. I was informed that they don't take Groupons at this location. I showed them on my phone where it said on the Groupon that I could use it at Mint Hill, but still they refused to work with me, and were kind of rude about it too (this was the front desk person and the chiro). Obviously, I won't be back, but I'm sure this location does not mind, because clearly they don't want my business anyway.

Not only does he care for me but at this point he cares for most of my family and their host of disorders (if only he could make Thanksgiving more tolerable, hah.) Since my initial review, Dr. Matt has moved his offices and is a part of a nice medical collective. No more issues there or anywhere that I can see. They offer supplements and they also have CBD oil. There is a massage therapist in staff. Dr. Hozjan is wonderful. Very kind and not pushy like some Chiropractors are.
