These people are shady as hell. I have had my storage with them for years and never a problem... until now. I called last month and gave them my new debit information and told them they were allowed to take my payment monthly. My monthly charge is $80. To my surprise they hit my bank acct yesterday with $486.00!! The rude bitch that answered the phone would not let me speak just kept interrupting telling me I was late. I continually told her that I was aware of it but had, in my previous conversation with them, told them I would pay extra each month to get caught up. She rudely provided me with the managers phone number and hung up on me. I called the manager Lynn repeatedly and I never got an answer, only voice mail. I was very upset because they took my rent money and didnt seem to care. My fiancee then called the facility to speak to the rude woman. She was also rude with him, told him to quit blowing up their phone and hung up on him. This morning I receive a text message that they are reversing the charge but putting a lien on my unit. Keep in mind they have never ONCE told my how much I owe nor have I gotten a statement of my acct!! My sister made my payment for me in November, at that time they told her I was one month behind, when I made my December payment no mention was made of any delinquency now they say i owe $486.00??!! read more
