So, a month ago we coordinated that we would come and move our stuff out to a new home. Well, as we moved it out and sent it to our new house, the manager threatens my family and accused us that we left garbage outside a unit that wasn't even by our unit. So, to say the least we don't appreciate the male manager calling my spouse and threatening them. The unit is cheap, but sometimes it's the cheap storage unit that cost you the most in the end. I don't appreciate a storage unit manager threatening my spouse. Don't waste your time here and go somewhere that has a/c units only and not dirt floor units with evidence of rats.

Well, true, the prices are some of the best in town, but quality of facilities and trustfulness of the management is compromised. It's a bit out in the back side of Evansville and really didn't get the feeling that goods in the unit were safe and secure behind the weak door to the unit and old fence surrounding the place. I'd like to see other people's opinions of doing business with Tina and the owners too.
