The result is beautiful. Multiple people have commented that my house looks "new," and it really does. To receive quality service that surpasses expectations is so rare these days -- Bridger may be that unicorn. I highly recommend John, Max, Freddy, and the entire team. The crew was incredibly hard working. I was continuously impressed not only by that but the positive attitudes and getting it done with a smile.

The job could have been completed in 2weeks--took 4weeks--but they had to come back repeatedly to fix their mistakes. They replaced 5"trim with 4"trim, so had to come back and put back in new 5" trim. The siding they used was shorter than the existing siding , so had to add trim on the bottom to cover the gap, etc, etc., etc. They made no effort to protect the plants around the house. Plants were broken, stomped out of existence, and overspray covers my rhododendron and laurels. I provided them with an itemized listing of all the plants destroyed (didn't include those oversprayed bc hope they'll be okay eventually) and gave them a choice to replace or deduct their cost from the total job. This winter I noticed in the garage/shed that there were huge gaps between the boards where they replaced rotten boards. If I could upload pictures, I could show this, along with the poor wood boards they used to replace those they removed. There is a 1/2" space between two boards. I texted Bridger Designs and asked them to replace the poor boards with good boards big enough so there wouldn't be gaps, but they refused and sent me the name of their lawyers. It was a poor experience all the way around. Every day I'd have to bring mistakes to their attention. The owner and manager weren't around. And, only one of the workers seemed to understand English. They kept having to do things over!! Why they didn't try to do it right the first time makes no sense except to save money on materials. And still, I'm left with a shed /garage that now needs serious repair--even the paint appears to be buckling where they made their patches. I filed a complaint with BBB, but they have not responded.

He promptly provided a quote, he thoroughly answered our questions, and he was able to schedule the work soon after we confirmed we wished to move forward. We were out-of-state while the work was being completed, and Kevin took time each day to send us pictures of the progress so that we knew what was being done and how it was looking. When the job was completed, he shared a Dropbox folder of all of the before and after pictures along with a video he took walking around our home and pointing out everything they did. We greatly appreciated this level of communication and feel it sets Kevin and his company apart from others. Ultimately, we had some existing landscaping cleaned up, new landscaping added and a fence built around our a/c unit. Everything looks fantastic, and it has made a huge improvement in the look of the exterior of our home. We absolutely recommend Kevin and Pigg Landscaping, and we are very likely to hire him again in the future!
