Nick made the whole process so easy - from removing the dirty blinds on his first visit to re-installing the super clean, white blinds on delivery day. I'm also very impressed that the blinds were returned with a very neutral, clean, scent. No perfume or chemical smell whatsoever. I am absolutely thrilled with the results and am so glad I chose to invest in cleaning my blinds rather than spend 4 times more buying new blinds and discarding the perfectly good, but dirty, blinds I had. I highly recommend this company and their blind cleaning services!

After an event we needed to have a dress, dress shirt, and suit dry cleaned. I decided since I was taking those things, should take winter pea coat and the kilts. Happy to report everything came out wonderful, and the dress shirt looks brand new. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Already gathering up another pile of items to bring in!

I usually say nothing however Ive recommended many people because it was clean, had hours flexible for all shifts, and staff (2016-2021) was amazing. its truly principle and I Matt and his wife are aware. When I calmly reported the issue, the manager, Matt, was rude, dismissive, and immediately accusatory rather than helpful. While one woman involved with collecting money from the machines was polite and attempted to help, another employee was short-tempered and judgmental. She issued an incorrect refund and dismissed my explanation that the machines charge 25 cents for 4 minutes--not 5--resulting in an inaccurate refund. Throughout the entire interaction, I remained calm, did not raise my voice, and used no profanity. I clearly and respectfully explained that the dryer was not producing heat and simply asked for a fair resolution. Despite this, Matt escalated the situation, accused me of being argumentative, and ultimately shoved a $10 bill into my chest while saying, "How about $10?"--a physical and highly unprofessional act that appeared intended to shut me down and make me leave. Due to the lack of professionalism, disrespectful treatment, and unreliable machines, I do not recommend Colby's Coin Laundry on Bay Road in Saginaw, MI. You may end up wasting money on faulty dryers, and the customer service is not worth the frustration. There are better options available.
