I've always been able to wash my 5 loads and dry and be done in less than 1hr. I usually say nothing however Ive recommended many people because it was clean, had hours flexible for all shifts, and staff (2016-2021) was amazing. its truly principle and I Matt and his wife are aware. I'm sure Bay City is not ran nearly the same as Saginaw. The prices increased but were still reasonable as it has discounts to those in college.

When I calmly reported the issue, the manager, Matt, was rude, dismissive, and immediately accusatory rather than helpful. While one woman involved with collecting money from the machines was polite and attempted to help, another employee was short-tempered and judgmental. She issued an incorrect refund and dismissed my explanation that the machines charge 25 cents for 4 minutes--not 5--resulting in an inaccurate refund. Throughout the entire interaction, I remained calm, did not raise my voice, and used no profanity. I clearly and respectfully explained that the dryer was not producing heat and simply asked for a fair resolution. Despite this, Matt escalated the situation, accused me of being argumentative, and ultimately shoved a $10 bill into my chest while saying, "How about $10?"--a physical and highly unprofessional act that appeared intended to shut me down and make me leave. Due to the lack of professionalism, disrespectful treatment, and unreliable machines, I do not recommend Colby's Coin Laundry on Bay Road in Saginaw, MI. You may end up wasting money on faulty dryers, and the customer service is not worth the frustration. There are better options available.

I decided that I liked them so much that instead of returning them I would have them repaired. I dropped off at Mr Van's where I was given a claim slip and was told I would hear from them when they were ready. Nearly two weeks later I hadn't heard from them at all, so I went in to ask if they were finished. I was told that they couldn't be repaired and I should return them. They never called either one of the two phone numbers I left them to tell me that they weren't going to do the repairs. Completely unprofessional.

I got there about noon and he had not only one but both pair of pants ready for me by 5 p.m. and charged me half of what I would have paid back home. Nick made the whole process so easy - from removing the dirty blinds on his first visit to re-installing the super clean, white blinds on delivery day. I'm also very impressed that the blinds were returned with a very neutral, clean, scent. No perfume or chemical smell whatsoever.
