You can ring up to order and then go and collect it but even if you go straight there, you do not have to wait long at all. The food is traditionally made and tastes lovely. Great value for money! They also serve fish and chips as well as Chinese if that's what you prefer. The shop is clean and tidy and well looked after which immediately makes you feel that your food is going to be prepared to a similar high standards.

We were pleasantly stuffed. Nice decor inside and the staff were very friendly. We had to book so it is obviously a fav with the locals. The food was fresh and I would recommend any of the fish dishes.

Apart from the fact that this place is tucked away in a basement and the entrance is like some passageway to a secret cold war bunker the food was good. The authenticity was there and the portions were more than ample. The service was very good and the staff was polite and friendly. The inside was spotlessly clean and tidy and the overall ambience was good, it is quite a small place that is longer than wider so you are quite close to other diners but this was not a problem. All in all I will be going back and they also do takeaways which I will also try.
