I am one of the advisory board members for a program here at EOC tech and I must say that I'm continously impressed every time I come out here. Just from walking into the main entrance I was asked by various staff members rather quickly if I needed anything while I waited, how I was doing today, "oh I remember you" and coming from a guy that grew up in a small town I really appreciate that and it hits me right in the feels. For the program I help guide I know the instructor is doing great things because of the interactions I have with the students. They're polite, respectful, responsive, and intelligent. I've been doing this for a few years now and it's great to see these next generation individuals step up and fight off the social norms that can give others a bad impression of them.
