They insisted on charging her $75 fee to help fix their mistake. When we objected, they said they would not submit her completed tax return until we paid the $75. Not happy, we paid the $75. They had us. Then a month later they refunded the $75 and admitted it was a mistake. Just terrible customer service. I had a similar event occur with my taxes as well.
