They'll have you return your old gateway and will send you a new gateway, claiming that your speeds will be faster and stronger, however that is not the truth. When I contacted Xfinity about the slower speed and strength of my new and improved internet service, they said they had a workaround. All I had to do is pay $10 a month more for Wi-Fi pods. THE UPGRADE IS A SCAM, don't fall for it.
