This current trip I've traveled from TENNESSEE to KENTUCKY then MISSOURI afterward drove to COLORADO then UTAH the NEVADA for my 5,000 mile oil change then CALIFORNIA!!! Leaving Cali I drove to OREGON the entire Pacific Coastal Drive then WASHINGTON STATE... then on to IDAHO, MONTANA then NORTH DAKOTA!! My Honda is getting "the works" including the 5,000 mile rotation and everything is looking great! I totally 100% rely on Discount Tire to provide the most professional assessment in diagnosing my cars every need when it comes to tires & alignment & windshield wiper needs! If I could give these folks 1000 I would! Try them one time and you'll never trust anyone else! They gave me the best price on the best tires for my car for comfort of ride and longevity!! Boy, did they get it SPOT ON! Yeh, the lobby is super clean, restroom is clean, water and coffee are available while you wait which is never long! The men are super friendly, knowledgeable and professional in how they present themselves! Folks aren't backed up waiting for service! They get you in and out in times promises BY THE MINUTE which most often is less than said at checkin! I LOVE THESE GUYS ... from FLORIDA, to TENNESSEE, we'll all across the country!! They usually have what I need, and even if they don't have my exact tire size they've been able to match me up with something that will do in a pinch. Unorthodox as that may be I appreciate the flexibility and haven't had any major catastrophe (yet?) from driving around with the wrong sized tires on my car. Most used tires are $25, a steal in comparison with anywhere else I've priced in the area. I've never had an issue with any tire from Image Customs and even pre-loved they usually last me about a year (I drive a lot). This place is a one man show, and he's always busy working on other cars when I pull up (they do all sorts of auto repair and service). Still, I've never waited more than 10 minutes for him to replace a tire. I love this shop and will definitely be giving them my business whenever I need new-to-me tires and am in the area. They said to bring it back it so they can make sure they didn't overlook something. I took it back and the guy at the counter said it was something they couldn't fix and I needed to take it somewhere else (without looking at it, how the heck did he know if they missed something or not?!) Now my front end is making a weird grinding noise and it's still making the humming sound that never got fixed. Basically, they didn't fix the issue I took it in for, charged me $400 for something that probably wasn't even bad and possibly caused another issue. I will never take my vehicle there ever again. I use to recommend them all the time. Not anymore! Their customer service and quality of service has gone way down!

So I braved driving (without my family inside) to get there ASAP. I checked in at the front counter, handed over my keys. In about an hour, and only $67 later, my name was called and I was back safely on the road.
