I believe in customer service. I have always had good experiences with this pharmacy. However,…read moretoday I experienced a pharmacist with the human connection of my big toe. I'm not going to leave a one star for the entire pharmacy because the rest of the staff are nice people. The amount of eye rolls and smirks she gave me because she had to call my out of town pharmacy for a verbal confirmation was insulting. Since I don't live here anymore, being without a prescription on a Friday evening is a pretty big deal to me. I was sorry I chose to go there today

I really liked the idea of a family-owned business that has stood the test of time. Don's has been exceptional in service, and has gone above and beyond both for me and my Mom. When I had shoulder surgery and my sling had come entirely unwound off my shoulder, I drove to Don's, and Dusty helped me get it set back to rights. As Mom has grown older, her medical needs have changed, and Don's has ensured she has what she needs, when she needs it. There is a reason for our being loyal customers-- they invest themselves in your well-being. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

They know their customers by name, treat you like family, and are always incredibly kind and helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about the people they serve, and they consistently go out of their way to make things easy and welcoming. I truly can't say enough good things about them. They also have great deals on pharmacy items and even offer convenient services like shipping UPS packages from the store, which makes it such a helpful stop in the cutest little downtown community. If you're looking for a pharmacy where you feel valued and taken care of, Argenta Drug is the best of the best. Highly recommend!

If there is a question or a problem, they don't just throw it to the side and wait for you to come in and just say, "Sorry. Too bad." Nope. They call your doctor's office or insurance company and do everything they can to prevent the simple act of picking up a script from turning into a panic attack-migraine-meltdown like the big chains do. Plus, they actually do their jobs. Pharm.D is supposed to be part of your medical team. At Medicine Man, they remember you and remember what works best for you or if you are allergic to something (ok, it's a 'notes' feature in their computer) and call your MD/APN for the better or cheaper medicine. They are really good at their jobs and actually give a dang about you. No, there's not a traditional drive-thu. But pull-up along the curb and call, they'll come to you and will have a cheerful attitude- not a Walgreens scowl on their face. They are the best!!!!!!
