We had taken a watch to another local jeweler to have a link removed. After having it for over a…read moreweek, the other jeweler promised to have it done same day. Upon my arrival I was told they were actually unable to remove the link and that I would need to return it to Breitling for them to handle it. Additionally I brought a ring to that other jeweler to resize. They were unable to assist me as they did not have a laser soldering machine and my stone is heat sensitive. The "other" jeweler referred me to Lester & Co., and not only did Lester & Co. have the equipment needed to properly size my ring, but they were also able to remove the watch link on the spot! The level of service I received at Lester & Co. today was beyond impressive! I am so grateful that they took the time to truly offer me the help I needed. I can say definitively that Lester & Co. has earned my business for my next jewelry purchase!

I saw a cute sea urchin bowl that I knew would go well with my mother's bathroom theme so I took a picture to send to her. After taking some pictures I saw a sign that stated absolutely no photos. Given the price points of some of the items, I would never just take the plunge and buy something without confirmation if for someone else. Another reason it seemed crazy to me was because the most if not all the items weren't one of kind. Maybe a piece of art here or there but they had Burt's Bees items which is sold everywhere and multiple numbers of same items, books, etc. The shop was very cute and I did like several items in there for gifts but did not make any purchases. Not only was the service exceptional but the bikes were new and ideal for the island. When we asked about baskets, she said they had ordered them but they were not in yet, so she loaned up a backpack (no charge, nice). Two hours later, she texted us to say the baskets were in! Great service. There are other bike rentals on the island but I highly recommend this one which is clean, neat, totally on the ball and even has a store dog:=-)
