Pam is the first person I've been to -- including chiropractors, orthopedists and other massage therapists -- who was able to take away the pain, and the result has lasted. She also showed me exercises to do to continue the relief. Besides being great at body work, she is also very kind and caring to her patients. I highly recommend Pam.

Same problem with a hot tub you can't get in a hot tub and sit there because they don't like to share and if you end up complaining to the front they'll take your membership away and do not try to end up taking a shower because somebody's got their s*** hung all over the shower hook so you can't put your towels on them and then you get in trouble for removing them this place sucks the staff is aces I have to admit unfortunately the owners are either ignorant and competence or just plain frigging mean. If you really want a place to exercise I wouldn't try this place you'll probably regret it.

I would usually practice here one or two nights each week. The studio is spacious, clean, and boasts a large selection of mats, blankets, blocks, bolsters, straps, etc. The restroom/changing area is large enough and decorated nicely. Marcee is a wonderfully patient and encouraging teacher. Often the attendees are of mixed experience levels and she will tune the class to suit the clients. Marcee is also very attentive and will give personalized instruction or focus on areas that you request. I took mostly the Vinyasa classes and some meditation. I also attended a weekend Acro Yoga workshop here. This studio is located on a fairly busy street, so noise from traffic can be heard inside the studio. This is really only a problem during certain times and if there's no music playing. Before/After class take the short walk north to the Arkansas River and check out all of the interesting murals - there's also a walking path along the river.
